It’s fantastic aside from some framerate dips when out in the open world (on a Series X). Looks beautiful and plays well. Just happy to have a modern version of Oblivion, which is my favorite ES game even over Skyrim.

Played for about an hour and am honestly pretty happy with the performance so far. Looks fantastic as well. Can’t wait to dig into it more!

Was surprised there was a live chat for the reveal on Push Square but not on Pure Xbox for a first party game.

Devs on X say they’re looking into it. It definitely was meant to be free but they set it up incorrectly.

I think it was part of the initial deal to buy Bungie that they would have some independence and still be multiplatform.

And as others have mentioned, I think as far as MS that Halo probably should be as well as the game that really revolutionized shooters IMO.

Asked Nate the Hate about this on Twitter and he says they’re still coming to Xbox. Remake this year and Rebirth next year. I believe him as one of the most reliable insiders out there.

Hoping Commandos is good. Haven’t played something in that genre for quite a while so would be a refreshing change of pace.

Voted for Prince of Persia before reading to the end of the list. I’d say it should absolutely be Tom Clancy because Ubisoft has ignored the IP treasure that is Splinter Cell. If they ain’t going to do anything with it, let someone else!

Enjoyed what I played from the beta and, remember, it’s 33 people all through match making so closer to an MMO. You don’t need 33 friends to play. 😀

Have had this on my wish list after playing the demo on PC. It’s a blast and really happy it’s coming to Xbox and, of course, GamePass.

I’m not big on F2P games but gotta say this looks pretty cool so might have to take it for a spin!

Wow. Didn’t know Mullet Madjack was coming to Xbox. Played the demo on PC and it’s been on my wish list ever since! Great add!!!

Already have Enter the Grungeon and Monster Train but both are also excellent and highly recommend.

And am anxious to try out 33 Immortals. Nice first half of the month and we already know Atomfall is coming in the second half.

Haven’t even touched the Xbox version. I get plenty of Balatro gameplay on my phone. But the Xbox version means I have it on every platform except PC!

Why are people acting like an 8 is a bad score? It’s literally “great” on this website and some of my favorite games of all time scored in 80s.

Heck this is scoring better than the latest Yakuza game.

@Fiendish-Beaver GamePass may have peaks and valleys but it still has outstanding months. Just in January we had 7 Day One third party games including Eternal Strands, Sniper Elite: Resistance, Citizen Sleeper 2 and Ninja Gaiden Black 2.

Have you looked at what is coming to GamePass this year? It’s a mind blowing list with WAY more than just first party.

Third party includes Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Ninja Gaiden 4, Mixtape, 33 Immortals, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, Hollow Knight : Silksong (hopefully) and many, many more. The service is not going to “suffer” this year, it’s going to explode.

To act like all there is to look forward to is first party titles is incredibly disingenuous.

I’m stoked about this year’s lineup more than I ever have been for GamePass with so many great games coming.

If you want to drop the service, that’s your call. I’ll be excited with what’s coming this year and saving money on games I would have been buying.

Then we’re having Avowed, just had Eternal Strands, Sniper Elite Resistance, Citizen Sleeper 2 and Ninja Gaiden 2 Black. Seven new day one games in January alone isn’t slowing down.

PS+ only gets new games every few months and is stuffed with older games you can get for pennies on the dollar.

GP had been amazing lately and with all that’s coming this year, even better things to come!

@Ralizah So Ghost of Tsushima got similar review scores is it not “Sony-tier”?

Also think games like Pillars of Eternity 2 are definitely top-tier and not merely “decent”.

So about the same scores as Stellar Blade and Ghost of Tsushima, which are both great. Yeah, 81 is nice.
