I went with EA only because I hate buying a roster update each year. Ubi games can be had for 70-80% if you can wait and stock up around the holiday push

@Shigurui but Activision purchased Bizarre Studios, so maybe this is one of those Rare/Nintendo situations?

MS is public about keeping these games multi platform so they have to accountability in the public and governments approving this.

I do t care either way, but if they do go through with the purchase, get the band back together for Project Gotham Racing remasters. Horizon is fun but it ain’t PGR

Anyone having issues from transferring their Franchise from 22 into 23? I have the cloud save, I can see it in Show 22, but not in Show 23.

Went online and the website is less helpful than a paper bag in the rain.

I couldn't get into FH4, but I think they polished the seasons better for FH5.

I don't know about you all, but FH3 was the best for me. Built natively for XB1, a varying terrain, sweet cars and I mean sweet. Music was great, not as great as the first, but I really liked the 3rd offering.

I don't get to play as often and the seasons kind of mess up my progress it feels.

If they delay CoD a year for GamePass release, that still gives each console the decision to the players how they want to play but balances the purchases in a sense.

The thing that is killing me is the UK is leaning towards protecting a company (Sony) rather than protecting the consumer (more choices and more competition ultimately pressuring studios to create better games).

@Moto5 If you have the disc and don't update it, I think that's the only way.

I’d be fine without day one releases for first party. I enjoy it, but I’d be fine waiting. My backlog is huge, I have all three consoles, and I don’t spend much time gaming anymore.

However, I see the value to get someone’s attention and keep it with first party releases and monetizing the DLCs afterwards like FH5 and Deathloop.

If they are playing Xbox they aren’t playing anything else. Which is a same. Sony’s first party line up is insane!

@Solidchief The hype is long gone, its all nostalgia now! However I played this on N64 a few years ago, it still help up pretty well with only one analogue stick.

Whoa…just saw the S price drop is extended until Christmas. Sucks we can’t network the systems to use their storage. An S is just as costly as a TB expansion card!

I’ll juggle from external to internal and back on the 4TB I still have 2TB open rather than buy that expansion card.

I swear these things will only drop on price when the next console launches because we will be forced to buy another proprietary system.

Just wish they would go Sony’s route.

Contract is extended to 10 years.

@Scummbuddy I wasn’t a fan of Amped 3 when it was released, but held on to the disc and went back a few years later and I loved it. It was corny, which turned me off, but the gameplay was rock solid.

Don’t forget…this is the time when a lot of GamePass Ultimate sub conversions for a $1 are starting coming to an end…that might see a drop off as well.

@JetmanUK man I’m 41 and sometimes I just turn tv off but I also have one of those all in one remotes and my stuff is in a ventilated cabinet out of the way so I get it.

Recently learned the HDMI CEC control works both ways w my tv and Xbox, so I set that up. Thought it was an older revision and it was one way

After the ho-hum Watch Dogs Legions, the great story but repetitive gameplay of AC Valhalla, and a polished and expanded turd of Far-Cry 6…me thinks I’ll shiver me Timbers and treasure to another publisher for the time being

Market near me delivers for free if you spend $10 and you’re within 2-3 blocks. They have dairy free options and we tip their kid who drops them off when we order. Great family. They are so clutch.
