I mainly got a Series S as I wanted a cheap way to play xbox exclusives so E-Day is a must download.

If these titles are bleeding money being only on Xbox and on Game Pass, they will pivot.

I stacked 3 years of gamepass ultimate 3 years ago with the 1:1 conversion and the return on investment has been insane.

I am subscribed till mid 2027 on old pricing and will downgrade to essential as its not worth it for me anymore.

Dont care for COD. Most games are on sale for cheap so all good. I plan on leaving the ecosystem after this gen since i can get xbox games on playstation

Xbox games are headed to Playstation now so as someone who only got a Series S to play Xbox games, this is the first and last Xbox I ever own.

Only got an xbox because the Series S was an affordable entry point into the ecosystem.

Now with most if not all xbox exclusives are headed to Playstation, don't see the need to get the next gen version.

Not surprising in the slightest. I played the campaign which was the worst one ever IMO.

Releasing back2back Black Ops was a strange decision even at its announcement.

Horrible value. You can get them for dirt cheap on sale these days. They are old so if you had a passing interest in them, you would have already played them by now

Your comment summarizes whats wrong with modern gaming.

Back in the day, getting a game at launch would mean a complete experience. Nowadays buying Day 1 makes you a glorified beta tester.

The game should be fun itself but we should never give corporations the benefit of the doubt. Thats how complacency sets in. Look at Sony with the PS3 launch.

We shouldn't say "it is what it is" as that just gives publishers the green light to get even more aggressive with it.

We were all shocked at the first cosmetic microtransaction in Oblivion.

Watch when they start locking the ending to a game behind microtransactions or paying to unlock missions and quests in game.

Beat Gears 1-5 for the first time recently and its the weakest of the lot.

I enjoyed 1-3 the most and those characters. The new ones are bland. Nothing particularly interesting.

Once the success sea of thieves showed in being ported was evident, this was inevitable.

I'll sell off my Series S once my gamepass subscription ends. I only got my first xbox console ever last year so I don't have much invested in the ecosystem but can understand why the rest of you are upset.
