I can't really see them charging an arm and a leg on this console obviously it will be very expensive but so is every gen when it's first launched if they are serious about console they need to get a competitive price point at launch or just call it a day.
I don't think Microsoft is run by completely incompetent people so I'm sure they are aware of that.
Loads of people are praying for Microsoft to have there head in the sands on this console I hope they prove them very wrong

@Gemini53 It could be but to be honest that would defeat the purpose of it playing pc games at all and with playstations recent moves around pc it could be a safe bet at least one of those stores will be supported most likely both otherwise why back off pc releases for single player games.

Next announcement will be steam and epic store integration.

I'll check this out myself I completed the base game but not the dlc.
It's a really great old school assassin's creed game if anyone hasn't played it.

It would be good for playing co-op games solo if it could do that aswell.
It could also be very useful for disabled gamers that can't play certain types of games.
I think it sounds good and useful.

This really is a non issue we have never had any single player games off Sony so there's nothing missed!
I'll just buy a ps5 if I want to play any of there exclusives over the next while we are only talking about a handful of games.
Sucks for pc gamers though!

Tomb raider trilogy is amazing value for all three games and the dlc!

@pauvregaspard Turn off 4k display in the settings on your console and put your console resolution to 1080p it cleans the image up a lot.
It only looks super blurry on these native resolutions if you have your console displaying on 4k.
I dropped high on life 2 to 1080p and it looked a lot sharper on series x

I played this when it dropped on gamepass it's a great game I'll go back and play the dlc if it gets a resolution boost!

@eduscxbox The leak of the mass effect 3 original story kinda ruined that game because we were left with plot holes and unfinished story points and of course the crappy ending so yeah I would agree!
I'm not a great fan of leaks either.

Surely these guys should be thinking the switch version should be better than the series s version if this game has 60fps?
They said the new resident evil on switch 2 was much better than the series s version of the game dispite it being 540p upscaled at around 40 to 50 FPS and the series s version being 720p upscaled at 60fps?
By that logic they used this hitting 60fps alone it must be better?

The market is oversaturated with these types of games obviously if you crack it your off to a winner but with the established games having huge numbers constantly it's like training some dude of the street with no experience of fighting for a month and expecting him to win the heavyweight world title!

Just keep an eye on YouTube for leaks I seen oblivion gameplay footage about a Month before it dropped.
At the time I wasn't sure if it was real until the game dropped it and I played it myself it was proper leaked gameplay

I'll play cyberpunk and Gabbys dollhouse is for my daughter who will probably play for an hour or so get like two achievements and never play it again ensuring it's permanently on my profile great fun!

Definitely not for me but hopefully it does well I suppose.

@Gemini53 At this stage AI is doing a lot more damage than good but eventually AI will help with a lot of problems we have a species probably not this specific problem but it's definitely here to stay.
Similar to the industrial revolution there was pain for some at the start with job losses and things like that but we are definitely better for it now if we went back to how things were before that it would basically be the apocalypse haha

@Fiendish-Beaver They are investing record amounts of resources into AI I'd bet that will be there first question for the finished version haha 😂

@themightyant Yeah you are right it is too much too soon with the everything is an Xbox plan just like there digital plans that harmed the Xbox one and now the series s is the best selling Xbox of this generation with no disc drive at all!
It's like they know now they are between roads they tried the holistic approach to gaming and it hasn't really took off as they are a few years too soon for that to work properly.
So they have to keep one foot in consoles for now as without that part at this moment in time they probably become irrelevant just like sega when the Dreamcast failed ina sense!

@Fiendish-Beaver It's the billion dollar question how do they turn it around at Xbox?
How do they not only keep the console userbase they currently have but expand it?
To me it seems impossible right now the only thing I can hope is maybe some higher ups at Microsoft have there pride hurt from Xbox being spanked in console sales to playstation since the 360 era and now want to aggressively fight back in the console market and are willing to take a loss at the start to build up it's player base for next gen.
Maybe after next gen Xbox will just become an app no dedicated operating system?

Hopefully they are talking about putting Xbox consoles at the forefront of there thoughts we know they will keep releasing games on playstation hopefully they make some good moves in the coming year that people appreciate.
The consistent negativity around anything Microsoft say or do no matter what it is said is predictable now they have to show that they are making good moves to get positivity around the brand back because it's at an all time low right now

@Titntin Fair enough I get you now that is true even thoughI haven't played it and will give it a go if I thought I'd like it so much I would of bought it ages ago so I'm more curious that super hyped for it.
Also you are right kingdom come will probably be the big release this month luckily we get quite a few games dropping every Month so hopefully it won't be a waste of a month altogether because cyberpunk is one of the game drops.

@Titntin Every month since gamepass released years ago has had a couple games that where not interest to me sounds par for the course I've never had a single Month in which every game I was interested in playing.

Its coming across very entitled some people don't spend thousands on games like yourself and haven't played it.
Microsoft can scan peoples profiles to see what games they have played I'm sure a decent percentage of subscribers haven't played it or else it wouldn't come to the service.

Not every game put on the service will interest everyone loads of older games get added constantly that people would of probably played if they are interested what makes this particular game stand out as such a negative addition to the service??
I know it's the internet and people like to moan but come on some people are acting like Microsoft is forcing them to play the game again and get 100% achievements.
Other games will drop have patience there's no need to be bitter because you probably played the game.

Loads of games I've played and bought have come to the service and I've never once felt the need to moan about it like I'm hard done by.

And yeah this generation has loads of games well worth a play I'd say most of the people saying there's nothing aren't from when you would just have a couple games as a kid growing up and would only play something new if you saved up money got a present or loan a game off a mate or rented one!
I must of completed metal gear solid on the original playstation at least 8 or 9 times back then.
There wasn't daily new games released on a in console store back then because it didn't exist when you bought a game you played it for ages there wasn't as much of a throw away culture with games then as is nowadays

I was debating weather or not to buy this in the last couple sales but never did.
Eventually I bought resident evil 4 gold edition out of the reward points I had saved up and now this drops on gamepass.
I love it!

@GamingGod Haha yeah I'd drive myself crazy if I went 100% for every game.
It's more the backlog I have in my mind to get down but then something new comes out I buy and it's more on the backlog giving me stress haha I'm about an hour or two into about 7 games and I need to get it down so the voice in my head says anyway haha

Just drop it on playstation with the other already announced games and come next gen go exclusive with the games and drop gamepass or at least the day one exclusives!
This halo game I don't see doing that well anyways even going on playstation there's no multiplayer in it so that's half if not more the halo experience!
Something will need to change with gamepass though if they actually want to sell first party games on Xbox maybe they don't and gamepass subs is enough them god knows??

Looks very good im playing through some of the older titles before picking this one up but it looks really good to my eye and everyone seems to love it I just need to at least get re 3&4 remake done before picking this one up!
