Nice to hear nobody wants bad AI in games but a studio like Bethesda with there glacier speed of releasing games needs good state of the art AI because id love to play a few new fallout and elder Scrolls games before I die!
Skyrim came out 11/11/11 no matter how good the next game is it won't be worth the wait!
There has to be some way to speed Todd and the team up it's a joke!

@Fiendish-Beaver @Kaloudz Yes exactly I think though it's more pc ina sense to be outraged by AI because some people are losing there jobs which is bad but it's literally going to continue to happen governments have invested big time in this the bubble won't bust.
A skynet future is a definite possible outcome aswell humans are the most destructive and murderous of everything alive on this earth.
Ai is the future it's been decided for us that it is crying about it won't change that!

@Kaloudz You are right on AI my friend it's happening one way or the other people so offended and dead set against it are basically peeing against the wind!
It's already used in TV films it's going to keep on getting bigger and bigger!
Like you have said things like this have happened before some jobs eventually become obsolete and thats just the way it's always been in human history!
Innovation is a human trait!
Ai will benefit us all eventually the job losses are to be expected it's sad unfortunate but it is what it is there's no big cruise ships nowadays with a hundred guys sweating in a engine room shoveling coal like the titanic because that job is obsolete now exactly the same and a ships engine is hardly evil is it?

@Jenkinss Yeah I did but only the first couple days after we landed on cyberstan I started to get burn out on the game then a little so took a break for a little while.
I hope they do something with the squids next in not a big bug fighting fan

Ah I'm sure whatever they have cooked up to happen can positively effect us Xbox gamer's too much negativity around this whatever happens can't be to different to the road we where already on.

Im going to jump back onto high on life 2 I'm still very early in the game I'll also be on eafc 25 which is the reason I haven't been on high on life 2 lately.
Just started a career mode with spurs (not the team I actually support GGMU) and I'm enjoying it so far!
The squad is thin but decent players!

It was a truly bad campaign mode but goes to show how popular cod still is apart from the campaign it's supposed to be a decent cod game I've heard
I only played the campaign and a little multiplayer I didn't like it preferred black ops 6 in every department!

This will happen again a studio will get shut down and people will lose jobs not surprising really anymore it's just the industry at the moment everyone should just know that!
I don't get the surprise and outrage every time this happens like it's not normal at this stage!

Titanfall 1&2 where so good I loved both those games so much!
The original Titanfall is peak Xbox one vibes that console didn't do a lot right but that game was brilliant!!

100% day one on the series x for me!!
I'm not overhyped for it but I'm sure in the run up to it's release I will be!
I wonder what the pricing of the game will be when it drops???

The only thing the he can hope there's enough people on playstation that will be into it like the small minority that are on Xbox and pc the game was so dull I can't believe anyone actually like it at Bethesda but Todd himself!

I can't stand this dude Skyrim was out in 2011 no matter how good the game will be when it's out it wasn't worth the wait!
I understand the games are huge but they take far too long I don't know how Todd gets away with it and starfield was I huge waste of time!
Bethesda should hire more people and start making fallout 5 right now or most of us could probably not live to see it at this rate!

Unless it changes starfield into a new elder scrolls or fallout game I couldn't care less I know it has some fans but what a tremendous waste of time that game was!

@DennisReynolds The entire playerbase wouldn't just be buying games off steam though and if that's what you think would happen why the hell wouldn't valve want to be on the next Xbox if the whole playerbase is going to be buying off it your kinda contradictory in your reasons.
People would still want to buy Xbox games from the Xbox store it's not likely people would consistently buy off steam to save a couple quid it's not like every game on steam is half price or something.
Xbox only has gamers now because people wanted to keep the profiles and digital games they have built up over years nobody will just throw that away to buy all there games on steam slightly cheaper sometimes.

Once it comes out the oven fully cooked everybody wins!

I'm sure if the game does well there could be ps pro enhancements Forza horizon got ps pro enhancements so it could happen if the game sells well on playstation.

Surely if the player count is bad then game will be gone sooner rather than later

@TrollOfWar Yeah it was crazy high numbers alright so much traffic on one story I can see your point there.
And yes red dead redemption 2 is still amazing looking even better than most games of this gen ryse son of Rome is another great example you mentioned and thats even older if it got a 4k update nowadays it would shock a lot of people how good that game looked the big main difference really is resolution the game is rendering at and possibly up close textures rather than how realistic they can make games look for about a decade now.

@Gemini53 Exactly you are right I mean if the ram shortage wasn't happening and they could drop a next gen next year at a price point of 500 quid or there abouts things would be different.

And ina way Microsoft already is on pc with pc gamepass the hunger for new machines isn't really there for the large majority of gamers there's even a story on push square about why people are happy next gen is going to be delayed and the author of the article is asking why?

For some people dropping a thousand on a console is no problem good for them but most other people don't want to do that even if they could afford it!
Everything is more expensive energy food rent you name it it's gone up the hunger isn't really there for new consoles to a normal person with a family kids and bills to pay for what it just really a hobby but people who are proper serious into there gaming or people who work in the industry like the dude who made the story on push square would be eager to get next gen because to people like that the price would be irrelevant and if you work for a gaming site or something like that most likely the site or parent company would buy the console for them to review on because it's needed for the success of the site.
Which is why his story is a bit tone deaf on Push square for the large majority of people gaming is a nice hobby and it's more about principle that they don't want to get extorted or refuse to like many did considering a lot of people haven't even jumped to this gen yet.
The industry needs to sort itself out now as they are trying to exploit peoples hobby and love of gaming but people aren't that stupid the small few will pay whatever they ask of them most will just stick instead of twist!

@TrollOfWar They 100% will allow it and encourage them onto the platform because like you said it's not going to be a traditional console it's just a vessel if you will to play games and access different store fronts it makes sense to put your storefront on the machine which is going to be more pc like.
Microsoft know they cant compete with playstation making a traditional console that ship has sailed!
I'd be very surprised if steam wasn't on it and to be honest I think Dennis is more hopeful it won't happen because all that has been said and made already like the handheld appear to point towards it being on it!
But like I've said it's years away from now I love my series x I still think it performs amazingly and I wouldn't want to upgrade anytime soon myself!

@DennisReynolds Thats a lot of assumptions to make dude why would they put it on the handheld then and there would still be a lot of sales on the Microsoft store or at least gamepass seems like your more hopefull that steam won't be on that box than having any proper proof more of a hunch with no evidence of where as it's already on the handheld there presedence for it to be on the next Xbox!
Besides it's probably at least 3 years away from release but I personally would think valve would be more up for it epic game stores definitely will be on it as they have already said they want to be on it especially if the machine isn't going to be a bespoke console experience unlike what the next playstation is supposedly set to be!

Hopefully it's good with fun races and cool cars that is all I care about!

@fatpunkslim I'd agree that's the one big negative about the game right now hopefully it gets sorted with updates.
I did find it you go to the console settings turn off 4k display and set the resolution to 1080p and it sharpens up the image a lot.

10/10 for me I love it even went and bought it just to own like the original.
Absolutely love the humour it's my kinda funny!
I'm not to far into it right now as I'm hanging together sick and haven't got the head to play something fast paced like this but once I'm sorted I'll get stuck back in!

It's probably cost effective not to put the game into physical production on Xbox as physical game sales on Xbox at least are terrible!
