Strangely hvc, Hitachi, Toshiba and Panasonic tvs are alps made by vestel in turkey. Only the Koreans, the Chinese and Sony still own their brand names

@NickramCTID yeah it does but what % of the player base actually use one? Ms could probably know from telemetry. I doubt a lot of people will use one in their Iiving room tbh. I guess it only suit people having their xbox in a desk

@John117 I think the other timeslot is mainly not intended for EU players, but APAC as it will be the morning in Japan, China and Australia. I would have preferred the whole weekend as well, but it's just a taste after all. They need to force everyone at the same time to try and overload the servers

But still rechargeable Eneloops are the best, I can use them on all my xbox controllers and even if I stop playing games tomorrow I would still use them in various other devices.
And due to the fact they don't discharge I only need to worry about charging once per 6 months or something similar

@Residentsteve01 you don;t have to charge overnight with batteries, you cna just charge them while you play
a firend comes unexpectedly, he can play wirelessly without waiting fro cahrging
a battery dies, you replace it, the builtin battery dies, if you are lucky you can send the controller back

It's better for xbox to not copy Sony. I would personally prefer (open world) rpgs rather than story driven games

@UltimateOtaku91 all these studios combined have a small marketshare so there's no reason for any intevention. it doesn;'t matter hwo many studios you buy, if you keep buying studios with low sales

@ThanosReXXX still a company with 70B market cap needs more (money and/or stocks) to get acquired than one with 40B market cap. Time Warner had sikko at size and cost 100B. If EA and ubisoft are impossible, Activision should be more than impossible

@NEStalgia ubisoft is the smallest of the big ppublishers, so by deafult they are the best bet for MS. MS doesn't need any hostile takeover either. most of these companies have common investors who can see the value in replacing ubisoft stock for MS

@FragRed ubisoft is 10B in market cap actually, the other ones are between 20-70B

square enix is similar in size to zenimax and has some pretty good francises to own

We don't know where do they sell more games or where do they earn more money.

Also pc userbase is much larger than xbox, so sales numbers are not saying much about support.

I got stuck once while talking to victor and had to reload. a few visual glitches here and there but nothing preventing me from playing atm

they already have surpassed the pretty wild hopes from last July, so Sega is feasible. the same goes for capcom, konami, koeitemco and fromsoftware

Wildest: Microsoft pays 60B and buys Nintendo, releases Switch 2 with Zen3+RDNA2 next year, adds all Nintendo games to Gamepass and release all games across its hardware portfolio of xCloud, XSX, XSS, Switch 2
Pretty wild: Microsoft pays 4-5B and buys one of Capcom/Konami/KoeiTemco/Sega
Less wild: Microsoft buys FromSoftware and Remedy
(FromSoftware accounts for 25% of the sales of its 1.5B parent and Remedy has 200M market cap)
Least wild: Microsoft buys WB Games
and lots of rpg games

All their existing licensing agreements will be sold with them though and the mentioned price range of 2-4B might be based on additional licnenses included
