@strzelec if its play anywhere it will be in the box pc app not in battle.net

@IronMan30 so its unfortunate when others do it, but there's no excuse when microsoft is doing it?

It seems bad Xbox is not the only one firing people after all

wtf is backtracking?

@EVIL-C nintendo's stock is 50% down and back to 2018 levels, nintendo employees probably don't feel fine about that despite the 10% salary raise

@abe_hikura you can just buy an external dvd drive to do this

@NishimaruX only one myself last December, although my company had 5 or 6 restructures,

@themightyant upkeeping your own engine is not cheap, when you can simply use unreal and spend engine money on game development

@InterceptorAlpha no its not worse than you were expecting, because everyone was expecting 4-5 studios to close and NO studio is closing

@Questionable_Duck they definitelly not closing all their studios, unless you think they only have 6 of them

Ffs with all the whining. If you don't like it don't buy it, enough people will.

@themightyant we'll see what she meant eventually

@themightyant the chocies they made in the last decade are related to xbox series x/s not helix. if it was helix she would have said 1-2 years, why expand to a decade which included the whole development and lifetime of series x/s?

ffs you now dont even loike when we do get exclusives

@Tasuki ffs another insider that know how corporate world works

@Weebleman they are NOT AI people, they are product, program, design and engineering people. if they worked for example in nestle they wouldn't be chocolate people.

as always many ridiculous comments.
bringing a project manager from you previous team in ai doesnt mean you want ai, it means you want a project manager that you have worked with. but people just like to hate

why do xbox haters even comment here ffs

@FatGuyInLilCoat why bother reading pure xbox when you are a hater... Smh

@dskatter the contoller and the rematser are totally unrelated things. the controller is tied to the series

if you think the new vegas remaster is not happening you are just being silly

its time to revisit and actually complete the game

just release this in the entire EU so I can play during holidays

@TheMule1983 the Xbox console is not done despite the layoffs. There were always layoffs, if people were not buying products cause of layoffs noone would lay off.

@RBRTMNZ you are sayig about shareholders when the shareholders are etfs and public funds, used to pay pensions etc. Everyone's greedy

@Bigmanfan it Not a microwave so ft game, it's an avalanche game.

@IOI the game is not being developed on Microsoft, it's developed at a 3rd party. There no similarity with 1st party games

@RBRTMNZ they are greedy what's new. who's not greedy?
but its not like companies make money from layoffs, on the contrary they pay a lot in severances
what gets improved is their financials and in turn their share price which rules everything public companies do

@TheMule1983 no they are not

@Kraven everyone lays people off niwadagsto improve their Financials, it's not Microsoft.
Wd had more than 5ayoffs in my company dvd when we went private a few years back

I got my code as well

@TheMule1983 than go and short Microsoft stock heavily, because if xbiz is done Microsoft will take a big hit

@Titntin my guesstimate is that it's much easier to have Xbox series x games playable on windows 11, than games from Xbox og on Xbox series x, just because Xbox os is heavily modified version of Windows 11 24H2

I doubt Microsoft would even think about changing Xbox os if it would affect backward compatibility after all this time and with Cloud streaming still in beta

@Titntin Xbox os is based on windows already so your prediciton that a lot fi currently backward compatible games want work is unbased

Microsoft wouldn't cancels backyard compatibility one of its best advantages that lightly

Everything blocked "due to licensing, legal constraints" won't be able to be streamed either so your fear is unsubstantiated.

Only games blocked by techinal constraints would fall under this and why anyone care paying a streamed game if it's the only way?

@Cakefish Xbox is making money by upselling gamepass to steam users who will buy xbox to use it for steam, by selling the console, be getting more users to its ecosystem

@FuzzieGinge88 it's irellevant how many ps5 consoles have been sold, as everyone e selling games have the same amount of prospective buyers! Consoles, but Xbox is the one domi ating
This is not a ranking including mtople consoles, it's ps5 only and ms is dominating printing money, which in turn helps Xbox owners by investing more in games, keeping gamepass cost low, etc etc

@IOI lol elder scroll 10 and gta 15 will come before the death of Xbox consoles

@TheMule1983 that wishful thinking will never happen.l

damn cloud gaming is still not available in Greece, so I can't use my android tvs to lay while on holidays

3rd person camera is the best for me, will download once I get back from my easter pto

@TheGiraffe they are trying the exact opposite actually, to use steam as a selling point for the new xbox, so they can upsell gamepass

fcuk netflix, they are worthless, amazon prime is the way to go

sign keanu reeves and henry cavil and make a cool call of duty movie, that could gross 1B
and elder scrolls, starfiled should be amazon premium tv series, like fallout

@IronCrow86 wtf are you doing here then? Instead of firza you can drive your car, instead of cod you can go and shoot in a firing range. What's the point of video games right? Ffs

You don't need to worry about gamepass sustainability people, if it wasn't sustainable it would have died by now

@Medic_alert gamepass is enough. it would cost you 700 to buy 10 games for example, why not buy an xbox and gamepass instead and have both consoles?

@dskatter it's childish like the majority of online whining. If someone's majority playtime is from fromsoftware then they should have bought a Playstation and saved us the whining. Buying an xbox to play mainly fromsoftware games is dumb.

@LonR you don't have to pay
