Is This Our First Look At The Upcoming Halo Live-Action TV Show?

It seems like there's every chance the trailer for the upcoming Halo TV series could appear at Xbox's E3 2021 event this weekend, and according to a user over on Resetera, they've already managed to watch the video.

They say they have "a full version of it with complete CGI, music on my phone right now," and as a result have shared some screenshots from the supposed trailer on the message board, which you can see a glimpse of below:

If you haven't been keeping track, this Halo series is scheduled to premiere on Paramount+ in early 2022, and stars Pablo Schreiber and Natascha McElhone, directed by former Peaky Blinders director Otto Bathurst. It's the same series that was originally set to feature Steven Spielberg as producer all the way back in 2013.

Here's a brief description of what to expect, as per the Paramount announcement back in February:

“It delivers the visceral excitement of playing the game, along with a much deeper emotional experience around the Spartans, human beings who got their humanity chemically and genetically altered. The story is about reclaiming what makes them human, and therefore it’s a very powerful story.”
