@awp69 I don't think it's just the case that Sony pay a lot of money to SE to keep Final Fantasy away from Xbox. SE themselves dislike Microsoft and Xbox hence why they don't put there major games on Xbox. SE have a very good relationship with Sony.

You don't pay 70 billion dollars though just to keep it on PlayStation, if that's the case they may as well not bought Activision because COD was on Xbox anyway. We all know that in the end COD will become on Xbox only no matter how long it takes, that is the long term goal and why Microsoft payed 70 billion dollars.

Imagine if it was FF7 Remake coming to Xbox.

A real shame when it comes down to Plague Tale, it's my fault though because it's been on Game Pass for months and I never got round to playing it.

I don't play indie games, there not proper games. I wish Microsoft would stop putting so many Indie games onto Game Pass. Game Pass should be called Indie Pass because they put more Indie games on there than proper games.

I don't get why this game can come to PC Game Pass which is Microsoft but not Xbox Game Pass which is also Microsoft? Why not Xbox Game Pass?

Some feedback purexbox, instead of stating the percentage of how much the games are on sale could you state the prices for each game? It would make it a lot easier at a glance to see how much each game is without clicking on each one separately to find out what the price is.

If this does come to Xbox I'd say at a guess it's more likely to be at the Microsoft event than this 25th anniversary event.

Why would Microsoft reveal all of this before there event on the 12th? It doesn't make sense to do this before then or the 9th.

@NEStalgia How can you think Xbox is more Weeb friendly when there's clearly more Japanese games on PlayStation than Xbox? Heck, PlayStation is Japanese to begin with. Xbox sucks for Japanese games even though I'll admit there trying.

I don't think FF7 Remake for Xbox will ever happen to be honest. Square Enix seem to have a greater affinity with Sony and PlayStation than Microsoft and Xbox. I also heard that Square Enix weren't happy with the sales of FF15 and FF15 Pocket Edtion on Xbox. There games simply don't sell enough on Xbox to make it worth it.

I do think though however that they should still do it since the game has probably made as much money as it's ever going to make. Xbox is the only platform that it still hasn't graced yet and I'm sure that it would still sell some.

What do they mean "Pivot away"? Do they mean they've changed plans on this device.

I watched the David Jaffe podcast when he said this. I agree with him, Phil Spencer can't do managment. Microsoft are terrible at managing talent, developers, studios etc.

@JoakimZ Well PlayStation has the biggest install base so that helps.

This is the problem with more or less all multiplatform games on Xbox in general, they don't sell as well as everywhere else.

@themightyant Not yet it's not a replacement but we all know that's there end goal.
