Swap 1 and 3 for me. There's a lot to take into mind when it comes to AV sync, there's even reasons why televisions have their own offset. I personally rather have a bigger amount of non sports ball and pew pew games vs "better" DVR due to Johnny "sportsBall" McGee not understanding that using a $200 big box store tv that claims to be UHD along with a bypass for his 1992 "hi Fi" sound system may create av issues all around.

If experience with buying discs a lot and with people who file "detailed lengthy complaints on features they dang well payed for dag nabit!!" holds true...
Most of the time they have hardware that is dirty as sin or have discs that have been treated like total crud.
I've used about fifteen 4K UHD Blu's (100gb black label/case discs) on my launch window Series X, with only Dark Knight skipping once and upon inspection there was a noticeable smudge. Cleaned that up, tried the same spot in payback 5 times, no more issue.

RDR2 is a crap fest with HDR and Dolby is worse. GTA V also handles these modes pretty bad. Oddly enough L.A. Noire looks decent with Dolby and great on HDR. R* just sucks lately
