We're always grateful for new ways to filter the Microsoft Store and search through the hundreds of Xbox games that are on sale at any one time, so we're pleased to see new "sort by" options that have been spotted this week.
This comes courtesy of someone called "Clippy" on ResetEra, who yesterday questioned "how new" some of the "sort by" options actually were. We don't know the answer to that, but there are some that we've never noticed before.
For example, the "Discount: High-Low" filter is much appreciated for our regular 90% roundups here at Pure Xbox — it allows you to look at any individual sale and start with the most-discounted games first. The "Most Wishlisted" tab supposedly shows you the games that players have added to their wishlists the most on the platform, with Cyberpunk 2077, Stray, Elden Ring, GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 showing as the top five for us.

In terms of the "Price: Low-High" and "Price: High-Low" otpions, this is something we have been able to filter in the past in certain ways (we've long seen that option on the browser version of the Microsoft Store), but it seems like something's happened behind the scenes and there's now parity across console and desktop in how it functions.
Please do let us now if we're off base with any of this, as Microsoft hasn't said anything yet about adding these new "sort by" options to the Microsoft Store, but first reactions suggest many users are discovering them for the first time.
