Definitely looking forward to this one. Hopefully it’s not hard-as-balls like those fairly recent firaxis XCOM games

I put in 5-10 hours when it first dropped and recall it being a solid 7. I may have been fresh off my first and only completion of BOTW, which I was lttp for.

Persona 5 Royal will probably consume my month, that along with playing Modern Warfare 2 mp with my kiddo

I don’t normally commit to long games, but Persona is good stuff.

Can’t wait to play a remaster of 3 FES

Pretty cool. Unfortunately for me I have a problem with waiting 4-5 months for my stuff after I’ve paid 🤷‍♂️

Really hope Ciri is the protagonist in at least one of these. I like how she controlled in Witcher 3, and would love to see her doing more Witcher-ing while an elderly Geralt chills out or accompanies in a support role

@Widey85 fair. Ngl the stories in some of these games suck and/or are tedious to put together. For me it’s tight gameplay that keeps me coming back…its the most rewarding feeling in games to beat these bosses with insane move sets and double health bars. Only other thing I can compare it to is pulling through a raid in Destiny.

I’m not much for rogue lites or likes these days myself, but man - Dead Cells made it feel like I wasn’t playing a rogue type of game at all. Everything in that game felt buttery smooth

@Widey85 conversely, I’m a big fan of souls likes and say keep them coming.

Enlisted is pretty alright, if you haven’t tried it. Not gonna blow your mind but still a decent time

Elden Ring, nothing that’s released this year has even come close imo. Shredders Revenge was nice but it was never gonna take the top spot over Elden Ring for me.

@Lavalera you’re gonna be alright in Elden Ring. I couldn’t get too far in Sekiro either, and I’m a hardened Soulsborne vet.

Plus the communities for those games are amazing, plenty of support available!

Finished up the Flamekeeper triumph seal in Destiny 2. Think I might start House of Ashes from the Dark Pictures Anthology….or I’ll finish binging The Sandman

The mere mention of GaaS made something click in my subconscious….and I re-downloaded Destiny 2 and bought the latest expansion and went on an absolute TEAR over the last 24 hours, nearly unlocked a Triumph seal.
