I recently replayed the original Dead Space and it was awesome (thanks again to whoever here turned me onto the Plasma Cutter only run). Glad a game that was already really good is getting reaffirmed as being good still

Personally don’t think it needed to be remade….gonna wait til this is 15 bucks like all the Resi remakes

@themightyant remember back in 2011 when PSN was down for about a month? Then it went on to become one of the best years in gaming history

The campaign was awesome and I had a great time with it when it released. Multiplayer was fun for a spell, too. It felt like tremendous value for what I sunk into it, a bit of money for cosmetic items.
Hard for me to criticize games, because aside from playing and enjoying them I don’t know much.

My new ps5 arrived at its destination for repair this past week, so while I’m pining for Midnight Suns I’ve fired up the series S for some Persona 5 Royal (making slow progress in this one), which is delightful but daunting at the same time in light of the games finish time….I keep hearing 100 hours….

Also there’s a Splatfest this weekend running over in Splatoon 3. Definitely gonna be doing that.

@neufel will double dip on this one as soon as it goes less than half off. Really, really good game.

@themightyant I was a huge fan of DS and DS2 was highly anticipated by myself and a bunch of people at Pixlbit website. The original was a lot of fun but 2 just really clicked for me. I loved it so much I went for the platinum on ps3. Haven’t felt the need to do that with any other game, ever. 😊

Voted for Homecoming bc it’s the only one I own. Really need to play through it

On the Switch I’ve been playing a good bit of Splatoon 3, which is definitely the best shooter I’ve played this year. Turf War matches are usually pretty sweaty affairs; I’ve never had what I’d consider an easy win (pretty sure I lose more than win too). It’s a good time in spite of the small issues. Salmon Run is a good time, though I still haven’t taken down Cohozuna!

On the Series S, in between bouts of panic that’ll overtake me because my little gamepass box is holding back their grand, magnum opus game designs, I’ll probably play some Persona 5 and maybe start the Modern Warfare 2 campaign.
