Welcome to the weekend! Things have quietened down in terms of new Xbox releases over the past few days, but we've seen a few games join Xbox Game Pass including Ghost Recon Wildlands, there are three Free Play Days to check out this weekend including Far Cry 6, and another massive Xbox sale is taking place until Tuesday!
Here's what we're playing this weekend:

Alright, so the cat's out of the bag - I've been playing a lot of Two Point Campus this week ahead of its release on Xbox Game Pass on August 9th. It's a really great game, and I think everyone should at least give it a try when it arrives. That's what I'll be spending most of my time with this weekend, as I've got a lot of unfinished business!
Elsewhere, I might dip into Far Cry 6 with Free Play Days, and maybe buy one or two things in the latest Xbox sales. I see Saints Row: The Third Remastered is back on sale once again, so maybe I'll dip into that game ahead of the release of the new Saints Row later this month.

Im playing Sekiro until they release Saints Row 2022
On PS5 I will be playing Digimon Survive, I don't know how I feel abit the game yet, I can deal with the visual novel aspect but the fighting feels flat. I will also start Sword and Fairy together forever which is my first in that series, I've also rented lego star wars skywalker saga but that can wait.
On switch I will be continuing with xenoblade chronicles 3 which I'm taking my time with and in no rush to complete, especially with how far apart the dlc is being released. And I will try fit in some Rune Factory 5
On my series s I thought I'd try Gears of war ultimate edition which I've just completed and now started the House of Ashes
Unfortunately nothing has me hooked right now. I might only play route 96 or a bit of Watchdogs 2
I might find a small quick game to play while I wait till Tuesday for two point cause once that's out I won't b playing anything else
I picked up Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen for £3 in the current sale.
I have a vague recollection of it being fun but a bit clunky when I played it on pc years ago. For 3 quid I can deal with clunky as long as I am getting the fun part of the equation.

Playing Chernobylite, Generation Zero and State Of Decay 2 while awaiting the return of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series. Picked up In Sound Mind on Series X an indie horror hidden gem
Will be wrapping up Need for Speed: Payback on Game Pass, which has been an absolute blast to play, and then it's on to other Game Pass titles such as As Dusk Falls and Eiyuden Chronicle.
Might also play some Vice City on Series X and Persona 3 Portable on Vita.
Control Ultimate Edition for me, that may take me a week or so to get through before moving on
I'm playing through Solasta crown of the magister on my Xbox. An isometric rpg. Not really used to this kind of game I usually play third person rpgs so it feels newish. It's doable if I take my time. The game itself if pretty nice a good story. Maybe I'll try my first few steps in Elden Ring. Normally not my type of game and after banging my head at Sekiro and miserably failing at it I haven't tried another souls like. Seeing this is open world should make it a lot easier so gonna try out some build to see what I want to play
On my ps5 I just got the platinum for Nights of Azure so now it's on to God of War for my first playthrough. Looks absolutely stunning and since ragnarok was one of the reasons I bought a ps5 I had to play the 2018 version first.
Finishing my first playthrough of RDR2, what a masterpiece. Really an outstanding achievement in videogame history, would be nice to know if Rockstar is going to release a Next gen version, I would pay it whatever amount they want.
Assassin's Creed 3 working on the mp and single player for the final 2 online achievements. Then I'll be getting more of tales of vesperia or retro city rampage done.
I recently just got a Series X, all I have is Multiverse and a bunch of backwards compatible games for the moment. Thinking about getting game pass.
Looks like Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning for me, plus some GamePass stuff.

Played a little Turbo Gold Racing last night, capped off with a few rounds of Vigor
Mostly I'm currently obsessed with making AI generated art. If that sounds cool to you, check out craiyon.com and type in literally anything. There are several other generators, but that one is very free and easy to use. The more specific you are, the better results you get. Thinking outside the box can help. Finished up the Flamekeeper triumph seal in Destiny 2. Think I might start House of Ashes from the Dark Pictures Anthology….or I’ll finish binging The Sandman
@Lavalera you’re gonna be alright in Elden Ring. I couldn’t get too far in Sekiro either, and I’m a hardened Soulsborne vet.
Plus the communities for those games are amazing, plenty of support available!
Been playing sea of thieves. Already half way into the battle pass. Love the new editions. Best time to start sea of thieves is now.
@Zucaritas I went back to Red Dead 2 aswell and the 30fps isnt that bad as the pace is slow unless your in first person mode
@shonenjump86 Game pass is a must really even better value if you have a decent laptop or desktop PC

After finishing Psychonauts 1 last weekend (the Xbox version is really quite good for the age of the game), I've started Psychonauts 2 this weekend and man, how did this game not win GOTY in 2021. Double Fine has made an absolute masterpiece in level design here.

Just beaten metro last light redux
Geometry Wars Evolved, Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time, Asterix and Obelix 3 XXXL, Hunt Showdown special event, and Metro Exodus were all on the menu this weekend. Really like Hunt Showdown, sleeper hit. Learning curve is huge but really fun if you're into survival games & PvPvE.
@BRT15 Psychonauts 2 is awesome, probably my GOTY 2021.
