Funny the xbox360 logo looks the worse and poor. But the console was the best ever Xbox have done and been.

It’s first party games and third party deals and game sponsor ship and advertising rights that count. Xbox had COD and FIFA advertising deals and bundles in those days.

Sony just grabbed it all mainly during the PS4 era and copied the Xbox360, what a turn of events.

Will be more interesting down the line, see if they really start changing things and also keep price point after the PS5 increase, more expensive in the UK now PS5 and the Pro a lot more. Bet they still sell.

I liken Xbox, PS and Nintendo to UK football teams. Some teams have very large loyal followings and only a smaller certain amount and almost no matter what that team does it doesn’t get many more supporters.

Absolutely, it was meant more, that they have the power and money to do what they what.
And let’s hope they use that in the right and meaningful way for Xbox.
Remember we have been through it this generation.

Series x is fine as it is the best functionally feature wise over all three.
It’s already top dog there, so it don’t matter what you do.

Sorry team green, improvements are welcome of course, but it won’t shift consoles or brand take up.

I mean they could buy all studios and make everything Xbox console and PC exclusive, basically bully the market to your console 😂

Looks good modern and even a nice shade of green.
Things seem to moving a bit more forward in Xbox world.
Will be interesting if they keep the prices where they are in the UK.
Was just shopping on line and had a peak at the prices and now the PS prices have kicked in, it seem a bit over the top price wise jumping that £500 barrier in the mind and £790 for Pro.
Crazy times we live in.

Let’s hope it all comes through and Xbox starts to thrive again and become a main player.

It’s depends to some point on cross generation games next generation. Some say if we think we had a lot of cross generation this generation, next generation cross generation games may last nearly all the next generation.

That means helix should be able to play cross generation series x version or the new PC version.

I know it gets all if and buts, but that will happen, probably for a least the first 3 years of next generation.

Well I hope they come flocking back to help Xbox become great again and sell more, we sort of do need them back really 😂

Keep some exclusives and some others maybe timed exclusive.

Also just to mention if I was purely in the PS camp with Sony I would like Xbox to be super strong again.
Sony have made many mistakes this generation and keep putting prices up. One thing will make Sony think more is healthy competition.

Well they are keeping that word “XBOX” and that is great to hear.
Let’s hope it’s the start of amazing things to come.
The rest of this year is looking good as it’s games that count.

Day one for me. Will be a totally different and contrasting game to FH6 in May and that’s a good thing.

This has come at a great time with what’s being released the rest of this year and probably into 2027 as well.

Great news on GPU price reduction today, I’m not a big COD fan so suits me.
Of late Xbox have been doing things that suit me, so that’s good.

I feel I’m in the need of new Xbox hardware.
When I see what PSSR 2 does with pro, even more so just now. No jaggies or fuzz, movement fizz etc.
I see the series x flagging behind a little in the purists visual picture and movement area.

Well let’s see if it’s a great remake or a simple remaster.
Did like the game though, originally.

A bit too vibrant for me. Also prefer the elite 2 controller, grip wise and to crank the thumb sticks up to full tension.
Looking forward to the game though.

So far I’m finding as near as good as RE9 the first half of RE9.
And a little better than RE9 the second half of RE9, which seemed to go wrong for me a little bit.

Well series x £480 at Smyths toys UK.
So about right to me.
Cheaper than the official PS5 disc UK price and in the right hands more powerful.
And miles ahead power wise than the £400 switch 2, which also doesn’t have a disc drive for CDs or 4k blu rays.

That’s my logical thinking anyway.

Well I’m going by Microsoft or maybe rumours I guess.
It’s hard to tell what’s real nowadays 😂

Well I guess it’s all about Microsoft’s destiny with the Xbox brand and studio games.

If Helix is PC then there will be no Xbox console games as they will be PC games.
However Helix will run Xbox old games from series x etc.

So it’s a way of getting a PC under your TV with hopefully all the simplicity of a traditional console.

So it just depends then if you want new Xbox studio PC Helix games on PS6 and Switch 2 etc.

I think overall probably multi platform as Helix will be a low selling niche PC device really.
Not to say it won’t be great and suit some.

You could go 6 months to a year to stay off PS6 and Switch 2, but that really would be more keeping game pass ultimate alive than Helix.

This Pragmata game is really good.
Been playing for a few hours now.
Some exploring, upgrading, collecting and shooting of course.
And it’s a bit different from the norm, with the hacking feature.
Probably one of very games I have and will buy this year out right.

Mainly Pragmata, enjoying so far.
