Argos has zero stock for delivery or collection(odd one available in region) for all 3 models, disc, digital and pro.
Series console almost the same boat.
Smyths toys stock decreasing each hour.
What the hell has happened to gaming.
What the hell are they gonna do coming up to GTAVI and Christmas.
Some how Nintendo have lots and lots in stock. Maybe uses different chips, but definitely uses less chips.

I’m back on it, Chapter 2 ACT 2
Doing well on the collectibles front.

I’m getting there with the campaign still on Chapter 2 just about to go to act 3.

It’s a very good campaign so far but not my gears favourite. I prefer getting dragged to many different locations or special areas like gears 3 starting on the boat.

There is just something about the game as a location so far. As you may know I’m playing Wolverine as well on my Pro and it pulls me in more probably because of the different locations and powering up your characters abilities.

Gears e day combat though is the most fluid and responsive I’ve ever played and the most advanced graphically, though being honest we could do with a hardware based AI upscaler for sure.

I think it’s Microsoft’s halfway house before leaving hardware all together.

I mean last month they only sold just over 100,000 console as where the other two are at 7 to 8 hundred thousand, I think there really is no going back now.

I think they will continue to steam line, especially after recent events as that is what they are doing.
Also I think they still go fully publisher and maybe one day gears e day will be on PS5, it’s not done that great so far sales wise.
I mean look at the money they made from FH5 on PS5 and it only cost them the porting over process.

The only thing in the way is next generation cross generation gaming, which means they will probably still provide a series console game version as well as PC Helix, unless they do like the old fashioned days and stop with series games once Helix turns up, I think they would love to that if possible.

Well let’s hope they can play some sort of catch up, though they maybe in full component and assembly manufacturing negotiations for Helix by now.

The gears e day article just out on here might make Xbox/microsoft realise that consoles are a very good source of revenue.
With about 75% coming from Xbox consoles be it game sales or GPU for gears e day.
Now imagine if series consoles had been promoted over the years and even now the UK had stock and worldwide Xbox had sold say double at 70 million consoles that revenue could be doubled.
Basically I really don’t trust them at all, a lot of the time common sense actions do not follow their words.

See what the hell are a trillion dollar company doing running out of stock when releasing the amazing gears e day, then COD next week, which SHOULD be massive PR with console bundles then of course GTA6.

If you are serious about selling consoles as a business you DON’T let this happen.
Nintendo haven’t, Sony haven’t.

Xbox or the company are so frustrating and it’s not acceptable and definitely not accidental if you want to sell consoles as a trillion dollar business.

Yep I just cannot get the sexiest people that really can’t stand a women playing a marine in gears e day or whatever game they pick on. I just don’t get it.

They have had a good year and only really for one reason for me, the thing that counts.
The games, the rest is ok dressing but without FH6 or gears the year is not much.
And that is what counts the most by a mile the games.

3d Metroid I like but not a fan of 2d, Kirby still not sure about. So switch 2 seems quiet so far for 2027, hopefully a couple of massive games near the end of 2027.

Intergalactic should be the massive one from Sony, but let’s see the gameplay and potential release date.

Shall go for BF6 didn’t want to pay the money for a 5 hour campaign so being on GPU is good for me.

I will take two big quality AAA hits at the level of FH6 and gears e day, and one AA a year from Xbox studios, then the rest third party.

What at lot of fun, for the morning.

Asha wants gamers back on Xbox console Helix, day one Elder scrolls 6 Helix and PC exclusive, folded by two other big AAA exclusives in release year.
Third party games best next generation full experience on Helix.
And release one year before PS6.

That’s the formula that worked for xbox360. It’s been done before, now go line it all up and do it.

Give me the most powerful device to sit under my TV, no holding it back.
Let’s get on with that full next generation experience at its very best.

They need to keep the great games like FH6 and gears e day coming. Year in, year out.

It’s the games that keep existing and help you to grow as a publisher and a console seller.

The mass market won’t be for Helix or maybe even PS6 due to price, if we thought this generation was loopy wait until next generation 🤣

As for Helix and even PS6 cost is gonna be a tougher sell, but I think these consoles will run along side existing series and PS5 and games will be cross generation for maybe the entire of next generation.

I think they went with FH because each release sales went upwards.
As FM towards the last few releases sale went downwards.

I mean FH5 sold 6 million on PS5 alone years later after release.

FM 7 and 8 totally bombed sales wise and they probably lost money on them.

The most strange situation is what has happened to the PS5 version.
On minute you hear a rumour 2027, next thing Playground games say still this year.

But this year, time is running out and they are going to run into COD and GTA 6.

These companies seem very loose with these things, nowadays.

Just give more FH6 and Gears e day, AAA quality from the Xbox studios and I’m happy

How any reviewer gave e day a 5 or 6 out of ten needs to be looked by meta.
There must some terrible favouritism or even hatred with some of these reviewers or they just don’t have a clue or the experience.

Meta should look into them as they totally make meta look like an uncontrolled site and it down grades meta site value.

We have lost our Halo studio for good or bad, so already 1 of the special 3 have gone.

If you look at Halo 5 and Infinite, they are not dire games and pretty dam good.
And with the recent remake with Unreal and help from the coalition tech and IF 343i were micro managed, they could have stayed and I believe made a great Halo game and the big 3 special studios kept in tact.

You probably know this.
In gears e day, if you miss a collectible.
You can reply the mission but don’t have to complete that mission again.
Just get the collectible and leave to the main menu and it keeps the collectible.

Absolutely no idea as I don’t chase this stuff, but will be interesting to find out.

Just started Act 2 gears e day, all collectibles so far.
Also some FH6 as well.

It’s only the second time I’ve done early access, did it with Indy as well.
Fantastic game and if you have a Dolby surround system, probably one of the best sounding effect games I’ve ever played.

I think cross gen will be for life with next gen.
Else they won’t be able to justify making costly new games.
And maybe potentially we will not see the full true power of next gen consoles across the entire range of first and definitely third party software.

Well at the end of the day, both Microsoft and Sony either release new consoles or don’t bother and the price is the price to consumers.
It is what it is and it’s their jobs as a business to deal with and make their decisions.

So tell them all to stop whining about RAM.

It is also their faults for wanting to push new console hardware, when most gamers and definitely the mass general public really don’t care or want or need new hardware.

So the greedy MF companies have their self’s to blame.

Been playing wolverine as well. I seem to be enjoying and better than some have said.
I did turn off the blue mist for the collectibles though.
Maybe older gamers enjoy wolverine more because we remember the older games that were more direct and simple like Wolverine.
