@HonestHick yeah, the fortnitetification of shooters is ridiculous. What happened to arcady yet still serious shooters? Remember cod world at war? Now its all neon skins and cartoon characters. It just ruins the aesthetic.

Got bored really quickly and never finished it. I even forgot where I stopped. I don't plan on restarting or continuing.

@Millionski Oh GOD don't get me started on AI. Sure it has it uses and a place to exist in. But the push for it to take over entire aspects of creation is more than worrying.

For me it was also the turning point for Xbox. As in now they feel like a headless chicken. No plan just one day this the next day this. Considering the mass layoffs this just leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth. Now I'm not saying that the acquisition was by airself the sole reason for the layoffs. But I'm sure it played a big part. Also yes layoffs happen but this is really shwoing the mismanagement at xbox. Now if we add the whole gamepass discussion and it's looking kinda gloomy around xbox. Can they sway opinion back to a more positive one? I don't know. Man I'm a downer today jeez. Here's some positivity: I'm wishing all of you a nice day and good health😊

Evefchanging plans. The whole closure thing (same to you sony). The way it was communicated (see the john romero studio fiasco). Cancelling numerous projects which were apparently far along... The whole everything is an xbox thing(Im'm neutral on this). What is going on at Microsoft?

I try to not be a downer. Like really I am. Xbox are just making it needlessly hard. But then again I'm not in charge of a multimillion corporation or or brand. I wouldn't wanna be in Phil Spencer's shoes. Unless we're talking paycheck....I'd take that one🤣. All jokes aside. All we can do is wait and see. It seems though the we'll have to rethink what xbox means in the future.

I think they announced it way too early. No infos just there's a title animation. I'd rather have them show stuff when they actually have something to show. Because is just needless hype mongering..... idk. In short show me some gameplay or get off the pot. Same with contraband....

@Ricky-Spanish oooohhh that reminds me I gotta finish that one. I got sidetracked recently. But man really digging the lore as someone who is not at all familiar with the deep south. Love the way the boss music tells the story of the encounters.

I never finished the first one. Hour long cutscene paired with, in my opionion, overly boring gameplay. Even though this one sounds liek the gameplay may be more exciting, I'm not gonna bother with it.

It sucks for those that are being let go. But I think it's hardly surprising considering the negativity fostered by the main creative mind behind it. Criticism isnt meant to put you down even if soem use it like that. Criticism is a tool and a valuable one at that. But if you shut down any Criticism and you release a broken product, well you reap what you sow......

@Dan1283 Could be. Then again many adults are playing fifa (not that there's anything worng with that) and displaying horrible behaviour.... But in all fairness if a multiplayer games has as much as a hint of competitiveness, then you'll have toxic players.

Nah not gonna bother with this one. Im not into football and sadly it seems the playerbase is behaving as expected. Hopefully all of you who do play it (or plan to) get amazing teammates and have tons of fun

As a solo player, this is a skip as it is balanced for a full party.

Timed exclusives are just stupid. Either go exclusove all the way or go multiplat. But this timed nonsense doesnt give any substantial benefits and at worst hurts the devs in reputation and sales..... IDK just my feelings on the matter.

Ah yes, the good old release now fix later approach. Yes game development is hard. Yes things ccould alaways be better. But.....Its really ridiculous that we now need patches uppn patches just to get the Game into an ACCEPTABLE state. I'm not talking about QOL features that. Im talking basic fetaures that should be standart. Also I feel that calling it a GTA-Like is false advertising. The only thing that connects these two is that a few devs from GTA worked on minds eye.

But why show soemone "playing" it with a controller? Whats the point then? Just have it as a presentation without the fake gameplay. What do you gain from having someone fake playing? It just confuses people and thats why many think the game will be like this. They could have made things cleare especially if we keep the cyberpunk 2077 launch controversy in mind..... Just my 2 cents. Why is it so hard for devs or publishers to be honest and not obfuscate things?

So they kill the game and just to twist the knife, they add in cool maps from the franchises they took the operators from? What is wrong woth ubisoft? Seriously you launch the game in auite a bad state with horrible netcode. You give it barely a year to get things going and then you kill withba content drop that screams, look what we could've done. -.- Goodjob Ubi. I get that not every game can suceed but this is ridiculous. Meanwhile they have a rollerderby kinda game thats still going despite barely anyone talking about it......

Absolutely not. After switch 2, Console gaming will take a backseat for me anyways. Costs are rising and returns are diminishing.

Extraction shooters aren't my thing. It looks good I give it that but if I'd play it. It would end up like Helldivers for me. I played Helldivers for 2 hours and lost interest and I feel liek thos would be much the same.

puts tinfoil hat on Microsoft wants out of the console market. So they raise the price to ruin their sales even more. That way they can say "oh we didnt sell enough blah blah blah. We cant make consoles because nobody buys blah blah blah." Tried it but it's not for me. I like puzzle games but the roguelike/roguelite whatever aspect is what I really dislike. There are few roguelikes I like so yeah.

South of midnight is really good. Of you already know your southern folklore itnmight be even better. As a swiss citizen two toed tom and the likes are an unknown to me so its interesting to learn about these creatures and haints. You can turn off the stop motion effect for gameplay, not for cutscenes though so keep that in mind if you get motion sick easily.
