@Secryt I was only saying that I don't want physical to go. I fully understand digital is the future. While I do have digital games my preferred method is physical.

personally if Xbox doesn't shut down any more studios, doesn't remove physical releases, and can just get each studio to work on non gaas games, it should be a good generation for them.

If this is the way going forward I don't ever need to buy another COD. I have over 20 COD games and this nonsense is going to loose you fans. And the reasoning for always online connection is pathetic.

Really Awesome. Something I've been hoping for for a long time. The only thing now That I desperately want is when I insert a disk into my xbox, the option to play that disk doesn't show up over on the far right but pops up on the far left where the cursor always starts at.

@GuyinPA75 Yes I left a External HDD plugged in and it burnt itself out in about 6 months loosing all the games I had on it. Now using it just a temp storage, I plug it in when I need to transfer a game and then unplug it. Haven't had one fail on me yet. They're usually cheaper than the expansion cards the series xbox offer.

I just have a metric ton of external HDDs and transfer games over when I want to play them. Don't leave them hooked up because they eventually burn out if you do that.

The biggest issue I still have with it is when I insert a disk, the icon to play the disk appears over on the far right. It never just pops up on the far left.

If he gets in we'll be hearing some epic scores overlayed on CSPAN house meets. LOL

It really is a combination of companies being to lazy/having no creativity and companies having a poor backwards compatibility process.

But don't worry, we have five more Star Wars games coming where you'll be playing as a Smuggler/Scoundrel. I was really looking forward to finally getting a Mandalorian game.

It would be really awesome if they also had the vehicle dashboards from the first game in the second one.

Yes. So far the only true next gen game I've experienced is flight simulator. everything else feels like if I turn off the ray tracing and drop it to 30fps it would work on a stock ps4/xbox one.

I still don't have it. I'm part of the early program and still haven received this for my series X. It's been really annoying.

Hopefully with ray tracing mode? That would be cool.

Seriously, MGS 3 on the Ps2 still looks pretty good. It's MGS 1 on the Ps1 that looks like crap. I'd rather get a remake for that one.

So I tried starting a email campaign to get Remedy to patch this so their Single Player campaigns could be played offline after this shutdown. I even made a YouTube video calling on people to email the devs. Unfortunately not many people watched it. I get most didn't like these two campaigns but they're remedy campaigns and I as well as many others paid good money, not for the multiplayer but for the campaigns and now they're going to make them unplayable because of a stupid online check in. When it comes to a single player campaign that has you fighting against A.I. controlled bots, 9 times out of 10 its usually a line of code that needs to be changed in order to play offline.

Something I have been waiting for is Xbox moving the "Play Disk" to be on the far left of the screen than the far right. It's a little thing but over time it becomes super annoying. Here's hoping they move that with this new update.

This looks insane. No over exaggerated muzzle flash, incredible rag doll physics and the constant subtle camera shake really makes this look photo realistic.

Hard to beat the original classic. I did just review the 5th one on my channel eleventh hour reviews. I feel like the original 2nd one was pretty poor in my mind but the anniversary edition fixed most of it's problems.

@Fenbops yes but before it was patched the Ray Tracing mode was hitting FPS around 47 to 59 per second. After the patch they locked that mode to 30fps.
