I just went to download 1+2 on my ROG Ally, and realized that they are not on PC Game Pass.

WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG TO GET ACTIVISION GAMES ON GAMEPASS MS!?!?

Sega Bass Fishing is the best fishing game to date. If anyone has any other contenders, tell me and I'll try it out, then probably tell you why you are wrong. (jk about the last part... mostly)

I really want that Galaxy Black Xbox, but I can't justify spending that much when I have a Series X and expansion card already.

I'm gonna put it out there that maybe I'll win one from somewhere. Maybe I'll manifest it by putting that energy out here in the universe.

My 14 year old stepson and I have plans to watch it live! We're both pretty hyped for it!

The Series S is a great value and good entry point into the current generation. I started with a Series X in the living room, but bought my 14 year old his own Series S, and he loves it.

He was a little salty that his 3 disc games wouldn't work on it, but that's what the Series X is for. Though many gamers huffed and puffed when it was announced, I imagine it was a smart move on Microsoft's part, and the Series S (much like the Wii U for Nintendo) will lead to better development, as an almost predecessor to this portable device that has been rumored for most of 2024.

I wore a Gears hat at the Borderlands 2 (Gearbox) launch party, and a random man said to me "nice hat". I had no idea who it was at the time, and the next day I saw his picture on a gaming website. I felt like a sucker for not getting him to sign it, or not really saying anything back other than "Thanks!".

Cool. I'm glad they are trying to reach feature parity between console and PC. It's a nice touch that encourages that they want the experience streamlined wherever you play.

I still really like that they added the "how it plays on your machine" feature, though it is a little hit or miss with some titles. (On my ROG Ally anyway)

Get a grip people. Not everything has to be doom and gloom all the time. I'm cautiously optimistic about the game. The trailer was pretty funny and charming.

I'd play Pentiment or Hi-Fi Rush on Switch, as the performance of those games won't suffer on lesser hardware. They'd definitely have to be on sale though. I have an ROG Ally, so not a lot of reason to purchase any game pass games on anything else.

They could create a handheld based on the Series S architecture fairly easily. I guess the tricks would have to be limiting the device to 1080P while handheld, or something like that to conserve battery. Otherwise, I don't see that being really a negative in any way.

Of course in keeping with tradition, I bought Bloodstained two weeks ago in a Humble bundle, and now it comes to Game Pass with cross save functionality. (I play PC games on my ROG Ally).

I'll put my playthrough on hold, and play the Windows version instead.

I've been enjoying the game, playing it online with my nephew. The city traversal is fun, and I agree with the sentiment that it needs more different mission types to mix up the combat.

A lot of the criticism online is just copy/paste from person to person and site to site, and that doesn't do the game justice. It's sad that the world we live in rewards parroting talking points, and punishes those that taake the time to form their own opinions.

I have really wanted to like the game on previous gen, but all too often it was broken, with bugs at times making it unplayable. Glad to hear they are continuing support and moving forward with a next gen update, to get parity with PC. I'll definitely dip back into this when the current gen version launches.

Anyone happen to know if this game has crossplay support?

Since it appears to have been an issue on the Microsoft side, I am strongly considering double dipping and getting this game on PC, so that I can play it portably on my ROG Ally when I'm away from home, and on Xbox for (somewhat) better graphics.

I've enjoyed Odyssey and Origins, but not Valhalla as much. Valhalla suffered from the same trappings as many other Ubisoft games of late, with tons of content, but most of it is not meaningful and doesn't contribute much to gameplay.

I am glad that Ubi has decided to alternate the styles from the RPG elements, back to the old style. That, along with focusing the game a bit more to keep the content from feeling like added fluff will keep the franchise from stagnating too much.

I am really disappointed that my save information has been lost twice already. I thought about getting the game on PC and playing on my ROG Ally, but I'm not sure how good the experience will be on it, and I also don't want to double dip when my first purchase of this game has not worked out.

I guess I'm waiting for an update. I would have already refunded the game if I didn't gameshare with my nephew, who has been enjoying it with no real issues so far (other than constant bad rolls).

I have lost multiple saves on BG3, and I now refuse to play it until the issue is resolved. I am also in the Insider Alpha ring, so whatever they are testing has not fixed the issue.

I am really disgusted to have lost around 30 hours on this game. I can't believe that QA didn't pick up this issue before launch.

It especially stings that he game won GOTY, was likely held back to be launched during the game awards with this glaring issue that could have been resolved before launch.

Let me guess.. The delay will just happen to line up with the launch of the live action Amazon series.

The upgrades with the creation club content will cost about $20, but the resolution and framerate will hit everyone free.

It happened to me 5 times. I actually shelved my 360 for 6 months because I was so bummed out over it.

So the CMA punishes Microsoft for innovating in the cloud market, and they have to sell part of their acquisition of another software company so the deal can be done.

I'm still kinda disgusted at the CMA and FTC for blocking Microsoft in the first place. I would have understood if it were a hardware manufacturer and they were concerned about Microsoft becoming a monopoly in the market... But Microsoft was acquiring another software company...

Can anyone make this make sense to me?

@Dan1283 My nephew and my kid are playing on Series S with minimal issues. You should get your hardware checked.

The ultimate touché Microsoft can throw out there, is to just include Ubisoft+ with Gamepass Ultimate.

Did everyone forget that COD will not be on GP until around 2025 when the marketing deal between Activision and Sony is finished?

Until then, I doubt any COD games will launch on Game Pass.

@Kevw2006 Most of your points are against the developer, not Microsoft. As it stands, the Xbox version is the cheapest, and superior version due exclusively to the innovation Microsoft has implemented with the backwards compatibility program.

You can say what you like, but it is factual that Microsoft has launched superior hardware since the Xbox One X.

Are they not planning on launching the Game Pass family plan in more regions to counter the bad press that this will surely drum up?

I will likely pick it up for my birthday in June. Hopefully by then the bugs and such are ironed out

WAIT... So is the implication here that PC games will become available on devices other than PC? There currently aren't any PC games on the cloud, only console!

As an insider, I reported this issue last week. I imagine they will be resolving the issue today or in the next 2 or 3 days. They won't leave an issue up long that will make consumers think twice about making a purchase.

I was wondering why I couldn't get the game to work. I've only ever played in on my Series X (granted it was the Xbox One X version), and now after the update I can't load any save, or even start a new game.

I kept getting a message that I need to reinstall the old version, upload the save file, and then launch the updated version.

I deleted all of my save data, and still couldn't even start a new game. Quite frustrating

Does anyone have any info on the Series X benefits that TMNT will get over the older and other platforms? (I might buy it on Switch)

I love JWE2, especially because the dinos act like animals a lot more than the first.

Going to my second AEW event next month, and I'm hyped. Especially with the roster that's developed since I last saw them in December.

@vded GTA on Next Gen is a much higher quality world and experience than Cyberpunk. Especially with it on sale, I would get it.

Also, I specifically asked for this feature in a previous "Pulse Survey" for insiders. I wonder how many others were asking for this feature?

Anyone have any idea if the max resolution is 3840 x 2160 for these backgrounds, as one would assume? Or if it supports HDR?

I've been in the Alpha Skip Ahead program for a couple of years, and it's been mostly awesome. Occasionally you end up with a silly bug that won't let you join parties or something, but the majority of the time the builds are stable with new features.

I've loved it!

@Alpha_Pulse The mute logo can usually be bypassed by just turning the actual volume to 0, in case you didn't know.

This update drops while the game is on its first sale in the store? SO hard to say no right now, but I feel like it'll be on Gamepass by Christmas or Valentines Day...
