Re: Palworld Dev Pocketpair Responds To Nintendo Lawsuit

@Savage_Joe I just think they have a top 5 and that the mechanics part is the one which could be most successful. But ofcourse I can be wrong. Just saying clearly copying stuff (art, mechanics, sound, whatever) and then start whining about development time spend in a wrong way is clearly not the way to go.

If they just were a bit more creative with their character designs nothing would be wrong. If your response to that is: ‘then the game would not have been as successful’… it just shows that Nintendo is right. Now claiming that they have to use precious devtime is their own wrongdoing, they should have invest that time in creating their own aesthetic. This is a child…whining. (Ps: as a casual Pokemon player flipping through some screenshots I could swear this being a pokemon game)

Ofcourse it stays multiplatform. Gamers can buy games for 70 on platform of choice. This ‘war’ is about which company can includevit as fullservice inside their “pass” program. This isn’t sony vs ms anymore but servive vs service. Gamepass, Steam, PSPass, AppleArcade, NetflixGames, etc. As an owner you can release it on all hardware platforms but have the exclusivity on the your own service.

Re: Talking Point: Will Call Of Duty Become An Xbox Exclusive In The Future?

I don’t think the ‘war’ between MS and Sony will be about console exclusives. If a PS5 user buys the next CoD for 70 dollars money will still roll in for MS. More important is its Gamepass exclusivity. If a Xbox Gamepass member can get the game ‘for free’ on release and if CoD is not included in the Sony ‘Gamepass’ (Whenever that comes) then that a big plus for MS. Console exclusivity would be contraproductive inthis case because releasing on PS5 fullprice would be free marketing for Xbox Gamepass.
