Rare seriously pretending that PVP is necessary for their game. I'm still not playing this garbage. I don't have the time or patience to deal with screaming children whose parents use their xbox as a daycare.

Xbox is insane if they think any regulatory body would allow the purchase of Nintendo or Valve.

I thought the 30fps would be aggravating on the Series S but it's so buttery smooth that I don't even notice.

@Kienda I've never played it, don't want to make a third party account for every multiplayer game on Xbox. Given that was the issue brought up by every review in the store, I imagine they killed their own game in an attempt to get fifty cents worth of personal information from their players.

It's amazing that they would continue doing this after drawing so much unwanted attention to their own anti-consumer practices.

@Pichuka97 It's Microsoft. They wouldn't know what good UI design was if it smacked them in the face. The only thing they care about is shoving out ads.

I wait years after an Ubisoft game releases to buy it. That way the bugs are patched and it's priced at a steep discount. They have nothing valuable enough to warrant a subscription service.

So for those of you that don't know this is a last minute cash grab by Private Division to milk what they can from The Outer Worlds before they lose the publishing rights. These upgrades where done fast handed and Obsidian was not involved in it's creation. You'd do best to not buy it.

Play the game.
Enemies just attack spam.
Attack spam them back.
Easily beat the demo.

I really want developers to stop making souls like games. It's so rare that any of them understand the formula properly and have a terrible definition of what "Difficulty" is. Souls games can be conquered by skill or knowledge and the best players can do both. This is just.. terrible.

We seriously need to stop validating the opinions of these reviewers. "Too much like dead space" and "Too hard" are idiotic things to say at best.

His obsession with Call of Duty is insane. "Oh no but CoD" you know this deal isn't a threat when the only thing they care about is one game out of everything they have.

Well they aren't wrong in saying they can't commit to it. I've yet to see them ever commit to anything, so I have no reason to believe it's a lie.

Seriously nobody thought to mention Warframe but they included actual crash grab free-to-play garbage. I feel personally offended.

My faith was restored in the Xbox brand after seeing Phil Spencer on stage. Picked up an Xbox One X soon after.

I'm often going from place to place so the small size has become a necessity for me. Storage though? It's kind of a pain but it doesn't really bother me much. Plus Xbox Cloud Streaming has been amazing lately and I've even been able to play some games from the cloud instead of just downloading them. Despite it's many flaws I still love the console and I plan to just stick with it this generation.

I got the ultimate DLC version. I loved the Hot Wheels DLC in FH3 and I can't wait to do it again.

I was worried Halo would slowly stagnate in the water. I'm glad 343 finally plans to put it down by making it into a generic battle royale shooter that's almost exactly like all the others.

This is a dead horse beaten into paste at this point.

Ahh there is the 60fps mode. I knew they could do it.

Now I'll wait until it's on sale to buy it. Shame I canceled my pre-order before and used the money on Elden Ring instead.

@SubjectNine You can install Windows if you want to. It's just a PC essentially.

What gets more annoying is people who don't understand what a GPU or CPU does, commenting about the Series S like it's a Nintendo Switch.

This game is still terrible. Playing this on the Series S I can't tell if they really did anything at all it still looks the same. No improvement to the framerate, reflections and shadows still flickers, framerate jumps around while you are driving still. I don't know what they really did because the last gen version looked and ran exactly like this with slower loading times.

Well, it sucks for them. You can't fix games after the fact and expect all those people to welcome you back with open arms. It's done and over.
