Would love to buy this, but the difficulty puts a stop to that. The DS series hasn't been a good fit for me. All this 'git gud' crap is annoying. Not all of us are elitist.

@themightyant Luckily my PC is in the living room. So having to use a mahoosive hdmi cable lol. Still love my XSX though. Just wish m$ would release a few more compatible games though (Blur and Condemned 2 ftw).

@themightyant I mainly game on the pc anyway. Just got an rtx3080 and hooked up to the tv. Most games will be pc versions from now on and no screen tear etc.

@themightyant Agree it's overpriced. Saying that I'm still using the internal storage. Not enough games that appeal to me to warrant any more storage use.

@themightyant I'm a little disappointed my LG tv didn't have VRR but having said that, I was happy it had 120hz. The tv only cost about £750 from Curry's (Oct 2020). I reckon LG could enable that VRR option. A software update could enable it if they wanted too. But think they want people paying another few hundred for that. Not worth it really. It's updated already. Already using the 2.1 cable the XSX came with. The other ports are all 2.0 standard.

It's not just hdmi 2.1 tv's need. They need VRR as a function on the tv too. My tv is 4k has two 2.1 hdmi ports and supports 120hz, but doesnt have VRR as it's ghosted in the settings. Even my XSX shows this.

Not sure about this glitch but today my XSX was telling me I was getting around 900+Mbps in the network test. Totally wrong, as I have 500+Mbps.

I think I like the first game better but this is certainly fun as you get into it. Only thing I found irritating was almost instantly after running he's puffing and panting and almost hyper ventilating straight away. No one would be like that in real life... not unless you have lungs like a toddler. Wish they removed all that noise.

Saw a dead T-Prone character laying flat on the city road last night. Deffo looked like a bug. First time playing it. Been in the box unused since December 2020. Looks great apart from that.

On XSX saw a T-Posed dead person laying flat on the road in the city last night. Is that right? seems like a bug. Never tried this game before. Picked it up December 2020 when it came out.

Another good reason why I think M$ should give us the ability to actually delete games completely and not just hide them.

Waiting for some decent titles this year. Too many indies. Spelunky 2 and Outer Wilds ive had on Steam for years (amongst other's on the store). Too much PC stuff. We need some exclusives on XSX.

Everyone has a taste in something, but for me there hasn't been that much that appeals to me on game pass. Debated cancelling a few times. Again, more trash I see :/

Only ever owned two. The 360 and XSX. If I had to make one complaint about the XSX (and this issue is shared with the previous model) the download speeds are a joke. I can download 48MB on my PC but the XSX can only manage about a 3rd of that. It used to be far faster months ago but it's gotten worse lately. Before any one says, yes I do realise about exiting the resume function but I don't have many installed on my system and not using resume and it's still slow. Only thing I hate!

I'm surprised the big N hasn't kicked up some legal cr@p already. we all know how protective they are of anything that remotely looks or operates like genuine hardware. I realise it's not emulation and so no copyright issue, but surely the look of the thing?

@PhileasFragg Many thanks indeed. I had no Idea. I just put my F.E.A.R disc into my XSX and voila, it installed fine. Just hope I can get Condemned 2 and Blur added soon as well. Two other games I'd like to play on XSX instead of my 360.

@MaccaMUFC Somehow I don't think we're gonna see the F.E.A.R games anytime soon on BC. I ended up having to buy them on disc from eBay cause it was the only way to get them. Condemned 2 is another I had to buy as well.

Loved the first one till just now. The hacking part towards the end ruined it for me. Make a mistake and the bloody game still sends you to the beginning again. Won't be playing that again. Hope the second game is better.

@sanderev Thanks. I tried the free one but the preview of the game playing on my monitor was a little messy looking. I only have a gtx1080, so I guess this service really is for the RTX cards. I had no idea. My bad! I installed the app on the pc but couldn't work out how to get it on the tv. By the quality I got, not worth it anyway.
