@SithThanos To be fair its a waiting game for both consoles. The exciting stuff from the Sony show such as Spiderman 2 and Wolverine is 2023 onwards. 2022 is just all this year's delayed games. Xbox haven't really revealed their hand for 2022 yet apart from Redfall and Starfield.
Switch would have been cool with even just xCloud support simply due to the portable aspect, but then a lot of multiformat games are going Cloud based on Switch for full price purchases, so I can see why they wouldn't even want to allow that.
Once they have xCloud on Smart TVs, then there's no need to have to go through a dedicated home console like PlayStation. People could just connect any supported Bluetooth controller they own and they are good to go.
Unless this is on Game Pass, I doubt the game will get much of an audience when you have Halo Infinite and probably Crossfire X. Crazy how they want to charge £70 for this with no campaign and charge for Battle Passes. No thanks EA.
We all know this will be a £70 release and GTA Online will probably be made available seperately for £25. Crazy to think game will be sold at full price across 3 generations of consoles now. Still no GTA VI in sight...
0 interest in this game but still nice to see more Japanese games making the jump over to Xbox. Although I hope MS manage to get a few more games out of Square Enix.
Can't see it being Ubisoft of he's trying to say Xbox will publish a game. Could be SEGA related though as that symbol reminds me more of Dreamcast. Maybe a revival of classics like Jet Set Radio or Crazy Taxi.
Makes me think Xbox have some bomb shells to drop and want that full meida coverage. Same with Nintendo rumored to show a Switch Pro console and Breath of the Wild 2.
@BrilliantBill The thing is they seem to be restricting creativity due to how they operate. They don't want to take risks with big games because Jim Ryan has stated how big the budgets are getting and that's why thee games cost £70 now. That's one thing I liked from the Roundtable event. Todd Howard stated how Game Pass will now allow them to take more risks without worrying about if a game will sell enough. On the other side, Sony have had an exodus at their Japan studio since those games didn't sell enough for their liking.
Another good positive of this move is that Sony will have to be even more competitive now. Throwing the odd game on PS+ will only go so far. Will they beef up PS Now to rival Game Pass, or will they simply continue as normal and let MS start making up the ground?
The thing with SEGA is the vast variety of developers and IPs they would gain. Lots of family friendly games, some Japanese games such as Yakuza, Persona and Sakura Wars etc. Then on the PC side you have Creative Assembly (Total War) , Sports Interactive (Football Manager) and Relic Entertainment (Company of Heroes).
Xbox has definately made improvements in terms of Japanese games, but they still have a lot to do. You have 3rd party games like the Persona, Dragon Quest, Ni no Kuni, Sakura Wars and many others. It's these types of games that will capture the Japanese Market. Add into the mix xCloud, since Japanese gamers tend to be more into portable gaming these days, and you could have a killer combo of they get a few exclusives as well.

@Tharsman
It was part of a 1 hour video but its not public. I imagine they will edit and put out bitsize clips.

Re: Rumour: Sony Deal Will Bar Resident Evil Village From Xbox Game Pass
@carlos82
I imagine what it means is they don't want the same modes on PS5 underperforming compared to the Series X version.
Re: Crysis Remastered Has Received An Xbox Series X Update
Quality Mode - 2160p-1440p. Frame rate not stable. Mostly 50-60FPS. Can drop down to 40FPS in bad cases.
Performance Mode - 1080p. More stable FPS. Can drop to 55FPS.
Ray Tracing Mode - 1440p-1080p. Worst mode for FPS. Constantly unstable.

Hopefully they fix that annoying stutter when text appears on screen as well.
Re: Microsoft Flight Simulator Dev 'Really Wants' Project xCloud Version
Won't happen unless they upgrade the xCloud server blades to Series S or Series X.
They are currently using Xbox One S.
