I think Taiko Xbox version is permanent because Microsoft funded that game. It's a different game compared to other consoles

ubisoft is very desperate to get as much money as they can with any kinds of promotion after their major AAA games delayed (Avatar, Prince of Persia remake, Skull & Bones)

they intentionally skipping xbox. wonderful 101 remaster was launched on kickstarter and they made no perk about xbox port

those 280 games skipping Xbox lasted from 2013 to 2021 (an entire generation). That's a real number. Atelier series alone 13 games skipping Xbox, Legend of Heroes series alone 10 games skipping Xbox, Ys series alone 3 games skipping Xbox, all Mana series games skipping Xbox (3 games), and so on.
I think Microsoft also count multiplat games skipping Xbox, aside from 3rd party & 1st party exclusives

I already played the game to the end (from free weekend). overall it's not a bad game, but it's not that good either. it lacked humor that 3, 4, 5 has; however the story is quite enjoyable.

Xbox should consider partnering with Falcom (or just acquire them for game pass). They are making lots of great JRPGs like Ys, Legend of Heroes, Xanadu, etc. Most of their games are story heavy and the stories are interesting. An original games with Xbox's budget would be awesome. Maybe with Media.Vision as support developer (developer of Wild Arms series)
