@rustyduck he needs to step down and let someone with more innovative ideas who cares about the brand moving forward not consolidating… you don’t see any other company doing what Phil wants to achieve if you care about making the Xbox brand stronger … if anything he could had said games will go on PlayStation but only multiplayer not the campaign like war zone

Of course they don’t care about the Xbox brand … they care about the gears brand getting popular … but ask them would it influence consumers in which console they purchase if every Xbox exclusive is on PlayStation

Ok but what’s innovative? What new features does it bring to counter PlayStations haptic feedback ? This is the issue with Phil and Xbox they do bare minimum and wonder why they never lead

Clearly showing Phil isn’t the guy for Xbox he’s showing his age and this heavy indie style alone for a 500 $ system doesn’t make sense … he’s from a different era and needs to be replaced with fresh new innovative ideas to keep the Xbox brand strong and going forward not consolidating or giving more to competition

Phil is getting pimped out from Nintendo and Sony talking about the goal of “ xbox “ no Phil that’s your goal same thing with this heavy indie drive and less AAA because if you wanted more triple AAAs you would be getting it … from no direction to lack of creativity at the top this isn’t about putting Xbox games on every screen showing desperation which will destroy the brand and identity of lifetime fans . I don’t care if every Bethesda or game from an acquisition releases on other platforms just keep halo and gears for Xbox only and pc … and any future first person heavy hitters can be decided . Why would someone purchase a console for 500 from Xbox if PlayStation will have the same games and even more with ps exclusives ?? We need to stop being a Phil warrior and call him out when he’s wrong or not thinking about the core supporters.

The competition is basically like yea we will let you put your exclusive on our console thanks a lot Phil .. it’s a one way street and to me seems like Phil wants a brand that’s more like a ip and not gaming console

From the logo to the color and the controller I always connected with Xbox more than PlayStation even Xbox live I liked way better than Sonys online ..

Would be nice if we had someone who cares about the brand … he should’ve just put every game on other platforms but household gears and halo should remain loyal to pc and Xbox …. Basically Nintendo and Sony will be pimping Xbox because Phil is so nice to his competition

They better not put gears or halo on other consoles unless we get the same treatment from them … I would be ok if they put games older than 5 years on crossplay though or make people who purchase Xbox get game pass for free but if you want game pass or Xbox games on other consoles they have access to only the ultimate editions with no discount
