They really should have delayed this till next year. The game sounds and looks excellent when it actually works so its a shame its techinal state is so dire.

But why? Its a nothing if game that wastes players for a sequel its most likely never going to get.

@Rog-X Reminder the only reason we pay to play online is because of MS.

So i guess MS paid for Xbox players to beta test the game for PS5 players next year 😕 Yeah look i get the Devs have and are going through hell and its a miracle the game exists but its still a full price release and they could have delayed it. I was tempted to download the SS version but i might as well wait now till the PS5 version as the game is clearly very unfinished.

@fizban3332 I mean Rebirth is not really a typical remake considering how vastly different it is to the OG FF7 in gameplay, visuals and structure.

Why are updates so big on Xbox? I know this isn't on PS5 yet but when updates are rolled out for games on both consoles almost always the updates are far bigger on Xbox.

@Scirius Honestly just do it for all the AC games on PS4/5 and Series S/X.

How about the same deal for Unity please Ubi? I know its 60fps on Xbox but its still 30fps on PS5 with a ugly 900p res.

Hope Xbox players enjoy the game as for me its one of the best games of last gen and the DC version was pretty sweet as well. I'm guessing the sequel will be a timed release on PS5 so it will no doubt hit Xbox at some point.

Shame MS have done sod all marketing despite paying for marketing rights.

@Secryt I mean its not exclusive to GP its a premium full price game that is also part of a sub to Gamepass. Yeah shocker Bethesda do big expansions for their games.

Looks fantastic and is exactly what the game needs. I bought the premium version at launch so i was getting this no matter but now i'm really excited for it.

MS need to crackdown on their studios targeting 30fps over 60fps as its becoming too common now.

@Scirius Good chance you were getting a false reading. I had a debate with a guy today who was convinced RDR2 was 60fps on PS5 and he even provided me a pic of his TV telling him that but well we all know PS5 or Series RDR2 is locked sadly at 30fps. DF tried out the mod and they basically advised not to use it.

@Scirius Not according to DF and considering the SX struggles with 60 there's no chance the SS is getting those numbers.

It looks cool but the planets are so small that i don't see the point. NMS needed transport because the planets are massive to the point it would take real life actual days to explore them but Starfield it takes minutes on foot to explore them.

Not a bad move release on Xbox first and then PS5 at a later date. End of the day most 1st party games should release first on Xbox.

Haha what BS. Alan Wake 2, Avatar, Horizon FW, Hellblade 2 and many more don't need to stream textures to look as good as they do or need to take up 100's and 100's of gigs. This is just BS so they can justify the always online thing.

@BacklogBrad Phil's a PR guy that's all he is. People don't like him because he's full of BS and is full of contradictions and loves calling out Sony for the same things he himself does. He's a Snake and always has been, he's "cool with the kids" because Phil learnt the art of good PR and not appearing like a suit but he his still a suit just one who wears a t-shirt holding a dagger behind his back.

@Banjo- That's ok then 👍🙄. You seemily supporting and defending all this really says a lot about you. The industry is burning right now and MS is one of the biggest suppliers of fuel for it. This could have been avoided if MS didn't try to buy up gaming.

@Banjo- Assume responsibility would be taking a massive pay cut or quitting not closing studios and sacking a ton of Devs. Phil hasn't suffered here at all.

Yeah whatever Phil we all know you screwed everything up, have Daddy MS taking charge and have been reduced to another suit spitting out BS PR as always. Great game though due to its design its one i never felt the need to replay. I'm looking forward to the sequel though i shell wait for the PS5 release as i expect its heavily downgraded on SS and i want to play at its best.
