@Scummbuddy I don’t think so. I think it’s just one of those known facts that’s not well known so people get confused.

@Scummbuddy because Natsume owns that name and Marvelous is publishing it through Xseed now, whom they own. Natsume kept the name and publishes their own games under that license. Story of Seasons is closer to its Japanese name.

@Wheatly the only thing we can say it’s 1mil more players than the announcement back in May. Over the course of 6 weeks at least 1 million more people have “tried it”.

Starfield should be 60fps. However, it’s not an unfinished game because Bethesda chose that frame rate because they like that target. People can debate it all they want, but the reality is that Bethesda was always going to choose 30fps for consoles.

@UltimateOtaku91 to be fair Redfall was shown at 60fps every time it as shown. The preview that has those YouTubers go to was in 60 as well. And it was on the box. This was never promised to be 60.

Reminds me how everyone said they wanted the Pokémon DPP remakes but really they just wanted Platinum. Without that people weren’t as into the games.

@pip_muzz @UltimateOtaku91 FTC can be overruled. Easily actually. The first court case is in August I think and that’s with the admin judge who ruled against the FTC in the META case. Their own judge ruled against them. Anyway the entire thing could go to federal court depend on the outcome. But if they lose the with their own judge I’m not sure they want to try with the very conservative supreme court.

The only issue is the CMA and I have no idea what that outcome might be.

I don’t know how you compare a game that will be a game of the decade with any other game. Not saying we shouldn’t hold to Starfield to a high bar but maybe not one of the top games period?
