Where as yeah the 360 doesn’t need such explanations. It’s pretty easy to navigate.

@NEStalgia that’s the issue. They want people to use the guide button but people insist on using the desktop. Like people who don’t use folder on their PC.

I’d much rather they add Gyros in. Haptics are for everyone but Gyros help people play better.

@kihaennem yeah so Assassins creed is not an indie game. I mean there are several others but that’s the big one. Speaking of Indies Slime Rancher 2 is great game

@GamingFan4Lyf but isn’t that always the case? Games toward the end of Gen look and play better because people have a better idea of the parameters.

To be clear these are the same people two and half years ago that announced they weren’t making a Series S version. And in fact, they haven’t said anything about a Series S version. I guess no one told them it’s mandatory.

Anyway, I would not waste much air on them. If anyone has actually read through all the Twitter comments they actual said they’d have to put load screens in the Xbox version. Which the Xbox SSD is not that much slower. Then they referenced Ratchet and Clank which we know now can run on an HDD.

So no I wouldn’t give them any air at all. Plus their game was announced 3 years ago.

@Wheatly they will be adding 2-3 titles per year per the Xbox wire blog . So yeah rotated.

@Wheatly they’d kind of have to rotate it at some point. I’m assuming it’s 25 Xbox titles. Like stuff MS owns the IP for.

@S1ayeR74 MS had multiple close door meetings with the CMA for concessions. The CMA didn’t try to come up with concessions earlier this year when they had ample time. Sorry no your arguments do not stand. They had plenty of time. And that’s a fact.

@S1ayeR74 if they renegotiation the deal the process in all of the countries starts again and we go through this for another two years. As for the CMA needing more time. They’ve already had a year and half. Literally they had all that time to look over and come up with concessions then. Instead of coming up with concessions they just blocked it only for CAT to say you have to look and this better. That was last month.

@WallyWest the thing is MS wanted a different judge. The FTC insisted on this one. And agreed it was fine after the judge said it wouldn’t sway her decision. A bit hard to argue that it’s an issue now.

@Somebody the thing about appeals you have to actually prove something was wrong with how the trial was conducted.

What the FTC is actually trying to do knowing there is no appeal is get the emergency injunction extended past the July 18th deadline so that that MS and ABK have to renegotiate.

To go further the FTC based on their current powers can’t find anything that would allow them to block the deal. They want more time to try to find a way to block the deal.

@Cashews depends on the demo. Sea of Stars demo didn’t come to Xbox originally. It’s an indie game and more attention is a good thing.

I don’t buy into those best on or perfect fit. Why? Well if you play your switch in TV mode and some people do, what’s the difference? It’s highly subjective to how people play.

@Tharsman whilst I agree with that. I’m still annoyed at Lee’s testimony. He ran long because he refused to talk so now we miss out on live testimony. And of course Nintendo see Sony as a competitor. But I think it’s about the exact nature of the COD deal. Which honestly should have happened before this.

@WallyWest oMG we agree on something. This might be end if the world. He’s viewpoint is a skewed. I think GP does great for some games. But terrible for others. Depends on the game.
