Agree with everyone else that you should play Hades if you haven’t. There’s an easy mode called God Mode for those that want to enjoy the beautiful world without some the pain.
Blue Prince 100% trumps Silksong. And many others. About 20 hours into Silksong and it’s a solid punishing metroidvania. It good but it does nothing new or out of the box. I’ve played numerous cheap indie games on Xbox and Steam this year that I feel contribute way more new ideas to gaming as a whole.
Moorwing was a tough fight but it felt right for the series. Never beat the first one cause of the difficulty and probably won’t beat Silksong for the same reason. But in my opinion they’re both so well made that even a partial experience is just fine.
Wildest movie theater experience I ever had was opening day for Snakes on a Plane. So many people snuck in that the aisles were packed. Just a huge party. Place smelled heavily of whiskey and herb by the time it was over. Kinda surprised the cops weren’t called for that one. In this case though I’d say they way overreacted unless it had been non-stop chaos throughout the movie.
I love the feel of the elite controllers and they got me addicted to back paddles/buttons but as many others have mentioned the build quality is trash. Now that I can get three 3rd party controllers with back buttons for the price of one elite controller I just suck it up and go cheap. I’ll probably still get a gen 3 when it comes out and pray it last longer than the last two.
I agree with the above post. Unreal doesn’t seem up to 10,000 cheese wheels spilling down a waterfall. But if they fix the leveling system it might be worth it.
Tchia is one of the most lighthearted and beautiful games I’ve played in a while. A delightful open world experience with plenty to do and enjoy. Great for kids and adults.
Been waiting to play Neon White. Glad it finally got added.
I’ve been enjoying it quite a bit so far. Yeah it feels like an unfinished port but it’s been an enjoyable time. Feels a lot like an Assassin Creed but with a breath of fresh air. A very relaxing pleasant grind.
Blasted through all the available content in Game Preview and really enjoyed it. A couple of the classes didn’t really jive with my play style but when your gun lines up just right with your abilities the game becomes a true delight.
I remember the original had a control scheme that actually let you use two controllers to play single player where each controller was a different thumb stick. This might’ve been the first dual thumb stick console game. The only catch is the move and looks sticks are reverse to what we have now.
Everyone here seems to miss the best part of Morrowind. Levitation. It takes a lot of work to become a high level mage but once you are just flying through the air hurling lightning bolts and summoning demons to destroy your foes the game takes on a new charm. And so much weird stuff like the Boots of Blinding Speed. Fantastic.

I just need to buckle up and drop the $$$ for Otogi 2. I’m so tired of being disappointed by one of these articles every week or so.

Re: Video: 7 Amazing Xbox Game Pass Games You Can Beat In Under 7 Hours
I didn’t get the chance to watch video but I hope Superliminal made it on there. If not I highly recommend it for a fun evening adventure.
Re: 'Mind-Bending' Game Pass Puzzler Superliminal Gets Free Upgrade On Xbox Series X And S
Originally played this while enjoying Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds. Right up there with SuperHot as an incredible experience.
Re: Talking Point: Can You Remember The First Game You Ever Completed?
Probably Kirby’s Adventure for NES. That was the first time I remember seeing a completion % counter that I drove up to 100

Re: Deals: Xbox Bandai Namco Sale Now Live, Featuring Over 80 Games
I had been looking for an excuse to pick up One Piece Warriors 4. $30 was just the price I was looking for. Having a Musou addiction can get pricey.
