I'm going to have a look at Venba, A Short Hike & Midnight Fight Express, before starting a playthrough the Halo Infinite campaign. I'm also dipping in and out of Dirt 5 for my racing fix.

Next on the list after those is Gotham Knights that I picked up in the big sale a couple of weeks ago with rewards points.

I picked up Gotham Knights with rewards points. I was thinking about getting Alan Wake remastered as well, but I'll pick that up another time (it was on for £10 this time but with the second game on the way I expect it to be in and out of the sales on a regular basis now)

Minimal gaming for me this weekend as I'm away. I'll be carrying on with Halo guardians when I get back on Sunday afternoon

I finished up halo 4 the other day .(played through 1-4 on the MCC. I started halo 5 guardians last night

What's everyone's opinion on halo 5, because I've done the first 2 missions and I'm really not sure about it.

The fact that some of the controls have changed threw me to begin with. The gameplay feels different and I'm not sure if I like the whole team based thing in the campaign

Still working my way through the halo games. Playing through Halo 3 currently.

I'm away on a camping trip this weekend, which is always a good thing. But there's no gaming for me. If I'm not too worn out when I get home tomorrow I might carry on with working my way through the master chief collection. Very near the end of Halo 2. I also had a quick look at NFS unbound on Thursday so I might jump on that a little bit too.

I'm gonna jump back into Halo master chief collection. I started it when I first picked up my series s back in dec '21, and got about halfway through Halo 2 before I started playing other things.

It's definitely time to jump back in.

The devs have obviously made what they believe is the right choice to make Starfield the best it can be.

I never take advantage of the free play days, but I'll jump on this because I missed out on control when it was on gamepass (I got my series s just as it was leaving the service)

Might try out riders republic, see if it's worth buying in the current sale.

Minimal gaming for me this weekend, as the weather is nice and there's football (soccer) to watch.

I had a look at Chorus the other day after the announcement that it's leaving gamepass on 15/6. Although I appreciate the beauty of it, it just wasn't for me. I'm also going to look at Mortal Shell & Maneater before they leave so may well get started on one or both of those tonight/tomorrow.

@Tasuki I know it's been confirmed that it won't be on gamepass at launch, but did they say it would NEVER come to gamepass?

I really want to play this game, but I can't bring myself to pay £50-60 on games. I'll wait for a sale or for it to hopefully appear on gamepass.

So, I've just done a couple of hours with Chorus.

It's a beautiful looking game, but the story and the gameplay just haven't grabbed me at all.

It's times like this I'm really glad gamepass exists, because I'd be pissed if I'd paid money for the game outright.

Onto Mortal Shell next...

Same for me. I must've sunk hundreds and hundreds of hours into No Mercy back in the day.

I'll be continuing to try and beat the last boss on Trek to Yomi (must've tried 50+ times so far) and chipping away at my recently started career mode on FIFA 23 ( I only got the game when it came to EA play, so very early stages so far)

Played through Backbone (as it's leaving gamepass on 31/10. Loved the art style, the game itself was ok.

Now playing art of rally, again, ok game, love the art style.

In all honesty, I'm in a pretty big gaming lull at the moment. Mainly because I'm spoilt for choice. Deathloop, plague tale, persona 5, scorn, guardians of the Galaxy, and so many others that I'm yet to try!

So I've been concentrating on catching up on films/tv shows instead. I'm working my way through Disney+ at the moment and starting Andor tonight.

I'm starting A plague tale: Innocence before it leaves game pass on the 15th. It's one of those games I've wanted to play but not got around to. So now I have to!

I'm also engaged in a FIFA 22 career mode challenge with my brother. Win the domestic leagues in the following countries in the shortest amount of seasons possible (transfer policy is you can only sign players from the league you're managing in)

England, Scotland, Holland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain (in no particular order) I'm currently trying to win the french league with Nantes. My bro has already won leagues with Liverpool and Atletico Madrid and is now trying to win Serie A with Inter. (He has a lot more spare time than me and I suspect he's plating it on beginner - although he'd never admit it 😂)

I was almost certain FIFA 22 would be in this week's list. Maybe next week....

My series S arrived on Thursday, but the missus isn't letting me have it until Xmas, so I've got to wait another week 😭. Reckon the first thing I'll play is The gunk and then Carrion. Don't know much about them tbh, but the covers have enticed me.
