I got two weak EA deals. Oh well, I already own those Ubisoft games.

I was hoping Modern Warfare 2 Remastered would be on sale. Might get MW3.

Been waiting on this one. I hope the game's handling is more arcadey than Forza Horizon's.

I'm tracking at an 8.5 right now with about 23 hours invested. From upgrading my character and my ship to what I hear about the main story and some of the side quests, that score could easily increase.

The Steam reviews are verging on "Mostly Positive" territory now, but I think that it could go back up over time due to the nature of the game and how it takes some time to really get into.

Good thing it's what I went with!

I'm free all day to consume reviews/analysis and play the game come evening.

Right now I'm really looking forward to Under The Waves. Worth looking up if any of you are into ocean exploration games.

I look at reviews and they're certainly fodder for conversation, but I don't let critics be the gatekeepers of my wallet. If I think something looks up my alley, I'll consider it even if reviews are mixed.

@Kaloudz Yeah, SH Collection was such a blunder. I hope the SH2 remake is good and does well because that might leave the door open for an SH3 remake, the one I wish to see remade most.

By the way, it just came to me that Konami removed the MGS collection that was on Xbox from digital sale over some copyrighted historical footage or something. I had wondered if there was more to the story, and it seems like there is with this new remaster collection. I wonder what the differences will be between the 360 remasters and these upcoming ones. Perhaps 4K and higher framerates.

However you sort the profitability aspect, it must be gratifying for the developers to know that more people got to try their game.

Okay, let's have silly fun with this.

I'm gonna predict a 9.5/10 from me (keep in mind that my favorite game of all time, KOTOR, is also a 9.5 for me) and anywhere from 92-95 Metacritic.

I think it's going to be a GOTY contender.

I was thankful to have been gifted this controller. I think my favorite part is the translucent triggers!

Don't sleep on Avatar. It's going to be a huge hit and I think it will get great reception as well. The quality is so apparent.

I've waited a long time to lay eyes on this game and it's everything I wanted and imagined. It's so lush and vibrant. It really captures Pandora well.

Definitely looking forward to this one.

I guess I'll give it a C. Highlights for me were Alan Wake II, FFVII Rebirth, Space Marine 2 and Nicholas Cage.

In the release date announcement trailer, Todd said that they still had so much to show us. I hope that includes land vehicles. That would be amazing.

@xMightyMatt14x Speaking of, I've noticed some think Hellblade II will come out this year. I doubt it, since the game has been in full production for around two years. I think Forza is their Q4 game. Between it and Starfield, I'm sitting pretty!

Sounds good to me! I'm fine with some CG, but I think their approach sounds solid.

@Kaloudz Journalist Andy Robinson said today that Everwild is more Viva Pinata than survival game, which has me even more excited.

I'll throw out a few.

1. A new Jet Set Radio is announced.

2. Hellblade II gets a 2024 release window. Personally, I think it releases towards the end of '24. The game has been in full production for around two years.

3. Forza Motorsport will release in October. We'll get a trailer with a date.

4. Avowed will be there with a gameplay trailer and overview. It's time we learned exactly what it is. We have only a basic outline at this point.

I don't know if we're seeing Fable, but if we are and it shows well, I will be very happy. My most anticipated showing is Avowed. Combine that with Forza Motorsport and the Starfield Direct and June 11th will have been a great day for me.

After 3 hours I had seen enough to come to the conclusion that it should have been canceled. The faster they can move on from it, the better. It's up to Xbox to deliver at showcase and change the narrative.

I'll be watching it live, like every year. Counting down the days!
