I've owned every Nintendo console.

XBOX Series X is my first foray into XBOX & the #1 reason was full backward compatability.
I think XBOX is fully for gaming preservation & allowing everyone to play all of their games without needing to purchase every past console.

Clearly waiting for their games to be released can be a bit frustrating, but with their backward compatability it allows me to enjoy all of their past.

I do have a PS5 as well but I only use it for their 1st party games, I don't think Sony really cares about their customers & their diehard fans are insufferable.

My level 500 character is ready for more.

I only play games that have a physical option, if it's digital only I won't play it.

No physical option is a no for me.
Terrible trend going that route in my opinion.
Shame, I did enjoy the first one.

It lasted about 6 months before breaking down & leaking water everywhere.

I really wish they would do a fully from the ground up remake of the first Resident Evil.

My future is quite set.

From the XBOX direct to this, I've become highly invested and excited for this game. Just surprised they didn't go this route when first introduced.

Bought 73 games, 100% physical.
I prefer having physical. If it doesn't release in physical form, I probably won't get around to playing it

If they let you do full customization then I'd consider it. The fact the grip color can't change and the colors are quite limited, is a no go for me unfortunately.

I really hope they release a physical of the game.
The pros make this a must buy.

Yep, think it's a great option having the ability to design your own.
Hopefully in the future the add more colors, shades, back triggers and customization

Will never buy a game that has microtransactions, let alone one that costs as much as this to start with.
Not worth it and I won't support it.

My issue is just deciding which game to play next.
I have an XBOX Series X, PS5 and Switch.
With all the games at my disposal, backward compatibility on 2, I have approximately 100 games that I still haven't unwrapped.
Add onto that the upcoming releases in the next year, I feel I spend more time trying to figure out what I'm in the mood to play next.

Will it get a physical release?

Very difficult decision considering I'll be buying at least 10 of them.

I've owned every Nintendo system since the inception of the NES, this is the first generation I've purchased an XBOX and the key selling point was the full backwards compatibility.
I also purchased a PS5 for the 1st party titles.
I'm all for gamepass but I hope it doesn't hinder the opportunity to purchase and collection of physical copies of games.

I've never owned an XBOX until now and the major selling point was the backwards compatibility and GamePass.
At this point, I have roughly 60 games and counting, and about 50 I haven't unwrapped yet.

Lego Star Wars, MLB the Show, The Quarry, STALKER 2, Starfield, Gotham Knights, Scorn, Saints Row, Witcher 3, Hogwarts Legacy, A Plague Tale Requiem, Atomic Heart, Dead Space, Prince of Persia and Hellblade 2.

All will be physical buys for my collection.

I'll be buying both day 1.
Both look fantastic and will be completely different and engrossing experiences.
It's just a matter of which to play 1st.

The XBOX Series X is my 1st system outside Nintendo and it has been incredible so far.

I prefer physical copies of games, so I bought close to 60-70 from Xbox One/Series X.

I've played around 10 so far and am currently spending hours on Elden Ring, which is incredible.
Love Nintendo Switch, but it has become a system strictly for 1st party Nintendo games (Zelda, Metroid, etc.) especially when 3rd party games look and play so much better on XBOX and I get them right away without them being watered down on a weaker system.
There are around 16-20 games in the next year I'll be purchasing...I need more Time!!!!
