Earlier this week, QUByte Interactive held its latest showcase (QUByte Connect 2022) to showcase a look at the company's upcoming games, and it included confirmation that the N64 and PS1 cult classic Glover is officially coming to Xbox!
There were a lot of announcements, so we've only listed some of the trailers from QuByte Connect 2022 down below. If you want to watch the full show though, you'll also find plenty of other upcoming indies that look pretty interesting!
Breakers Collection (January 12, 2023)
Breakers Collection features both original games (Breakers and Breakers Revenge) and new content for the cult classic fighting game, which was released in 1996 for Neo Geo and Arcades. Breakers Collection is a simple action and fighting game, with many playable characters, many of which are well known by fans around the world.
Glover (Date TBD)
Glover is a puzzle adventure game consisting of 6 worlds with 30 different levels. You control a charismatic glove that walks on two fingers, dribbles and plays with a bouncing rubber ball.
Top Racer Collection (TBD 2023)
The collection will feature 4 games: Top Racer, Top Racer 2, Top Racer 3000 and the unprecedented Top Racer: Crossroads, exclusive content of the collection, bringing a content crossover with Horizon Chase, the great success of Aquiris.
Legend Of Wukong (Date TBD)

Iron Commando (Date TBD)
"Take control of either Jake, a soldier, or Chang Li, a martial arts master, in your quest to stop G.H.O.S.T."

"Legend is a Beat'em up game that resembles games like Final Fight, or Streets of Rage. The game features a medieval setting."
Brave Battle Saga (Date TBD)
"Brave Battle Saga - The Legend of the Magic Warrior is a Sega Genesis game that came out only in Taiwanese markets."
VISCO Collection (Date TBD)
"Visco Collection is a bundle with 7 seven games from NeoGeo that made history through the years that are now coming to the consoles! This collection will feature Ganryu, Goal! Goal! Goal!, Drift Out, BangBead, Captain Tomaday, Andro Dunos and FlipShot!

I've got my eyes on Breakers and the Visco Collection. QUByte targets a very niche audience, but I am that audience!
Neo Geo, Taiwan exclusives... This is great for the sake of preservation and availability. I watched these trailers; shouldn't they update the frame rate of Glover? 🤔
Not gonna lie, wish they released these on the Evercade! I love my Xbox but have been playing through some retro classics in handheld mode on the Evercade and just love that feeling of playing off the big screen on the go. I have a Switch too but can't stand having to verify my internet connection once a week for digital titles.
