These prices are available now for Xbox Game Pass members, and they'll open up to everyone in the near future.

Hell Let Loose (Xbox Series X|S)

Don't expect to have your hand held playing Hell Let Loose - this is an authentic, visceral FPS that pulls no punches when it comes to its take on World War 2 fighting. Take your time, learn the ropes and allow Team17 to take you on a journey, and you'll be met with one of the most rewarding PvP shooters out there.

With the game's Vietnam-themed sequel on the horizon and this version having departed Xbox Game Pass late last year, now's a fantastic time to buy Hell Let Loose for keeps, especially at this sort of discount. Now, rise through the ranks, soldier!

Atomic Heart (Xbox Series X|S)

When Atomic Heart's bonkers take on a sci-fi Soviet Union graced our screens around three years ago now, we fell in love with its crazy world, despite taking issue with certain elements of the overall experience. Fast forward to 2026 though, and a number of patches have put this one in better shape, with a selection of premium DLC expansions also up for grabs now as well.

Atomic Heart isn't perfect, but it indeed has heart, character and atmosphere in spades, and it's well worth experiencing if you missed it when it was on Xbox Game Pass a few years ago. Luckily for you, the game has gotten a pretty good discount here in the Xbox Spring Sale 2026!

Mafia: The Old Country (Xbox Series X|S)

Mafia: The Old Country was such a refreshing release last year. Rather than dial everything up (including budgets and price points), Take-Two and Hangar 13 decided to go back-to-basics with the latest Mafia title, and that led to a more linear, focused and traditional third-person adventure on Xbox.

This one hasn't got many big discounts just yet, but that's largely down to how well-priced it was in the first place. Still, Mafia's Sicilian adventure is a part of this Spring Sale, and if you're after some no-nonsense action-adventure goodness, look no further than this 2025 Xbox Series X|S title.

$39.99 / £35.99 (-20%)

Split Fiction (Xbox Series X|S)

What can we say about Split Fiction that hasn't already been said (here on the site, for starters)? Hazelight's 2025 adventure topped some of our GOTY lists here at Pure Xbox HQ, and for good reason; this team just keeps on surpassing itself with every release.

Amazing co-op moments, fantastic set pieces, imaginative gameplay and awesome visuals to boot - there's a whole lot to love about Split Fiction for Xbox Series X|S. We're not talking a massive discount with this one either, but just over 30 quid to play one of last year's GOTY contenders? Sign us up!

$34.99 / £31.49 (-30%)

Rise of the Tomb Raider (Xbox One)

Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration is the ultimate version of Crystal Dynamics' 2015 Tomb Raider title. Bundling in the base game with loads of add-ons including a fresh take on the legendary Croft Manor, this is the way to play the second game in the modern TR trilogy, no doubt.

The base game is on Xbox Game Pass we will add, but for everything else you get included in this bundle, it's still well worth picking up. Although we'd probably take the first Tomb Raider reboot over this one, many consider this one of the very best Lara Croft adventures ever - and at this price, we can definitely recommend it.
