@devil76 it doesn't work well if you're not near a server. Unfortunately in Canada there's only one server, and it's in central Canada. I'm on the east coast.
I wish they would have said their server locations before I paid.

I'd really like the ability to use the groups and clubs features in the mobile app, where it could actually be useful and user friendly.

Shame about Loop Hero. At least it's still on Google Play Pass. Though I do prefer playing on the tv.

@Ricky-Spanish it's a subscription service but you have to pay yearly. Some very gullible people pay for "lifetime" access. The type of people who bought the Atari VCS or OUYA.
If you want to see what it's like to have lagging in a retro game, and have a horrible experience looking for games to play; this is the way to go

My guess is that they're reworking the servers to change capture ability and storage amounts to work with game pass tiers.
They've already made the switch to OneDrive servers, so it'll be easy to buy more storage space.

I'm glad to have supported the Activision buyout. I feel like I helped so many people find new jobs.
I can't wait for Microsoft to implement more AI into it's workflows so even more people get to look for more jobs.
Every time I buy an Xbox Game Studios game, pay for game pass, or buy a Microsoft product, I know that I'm helping kill the game industry.

How many games are ACTUALLY for this generation right now? Definitely less than the games that are for the previous generation that people are still playing.
On Game Pass there's only around 30 games that are JUST for the new consoles. And none of them have the graphics that were promised in the tech demos. Out of the 50 most played games on Xbox, only 2 of them require a new console.
So why would we need a pro console?

I miss Microsoft Points lol.

It's still broken. Xbox doesn't even want to acknowledge it. The worst is now I can't even play on Antstream. So I'm just throwing money at nothing. Wow Xbox is so fun these days.

I JUST resubbed to Game Pass Ultimate and now I can't play COD online.
Xbox is going downhill.

Ubisoft is the ruiner of things. I loved Hyper Scape but noooo. And I played a bit of Xdefiant on Luna, it's alright.

How is ESO on a free play weekend? It's always on Ultimate AND Core, and you need either of those to get the free play weekend for it.

If you look at the reviews for just about anything, you're gonna find some hilarious idiots.

Just last week I was buying a TTRPG supplement book on weapons, and there was a guy complaining that it's not a full game.
Another example is that for every single wired controller there are people complaining that they charged it fully but can't get it to work.
My favorite as of late though has to be the complaint that the manga book they ordered was printed upside down.

I like that it has very distinctive different weather. As a Canadian it's in my blood to drive on snow and ice.
Like the others, it feels like a car RPG or a caRPG lol. That being said, there's a finite amount of "quests" you can go on but it's so fun to collect cars and get high scores.

I wish it would temporarily install the game first, it wouldn't take long to install and then it would work without lag.

@IOI It really is mind boggling. You would think that with this tiered game pass news spreading they would drop something we actually want. An Activision game could be nice. The Activision bulk drop isn't happening anymore, and lately it's just been I indie games.
I actually like indie games but I get enough of them on the MUCH cheaper Google Play Pass.

Honestly I think they realized that GP isn't as profitable as they thought, so they're trying to kill it.

I'm just gonna unsubscribe and not buy multiplayer games anymore.
They already have me angry about resubbing to Ultimate from core to play on fire stick, but then I found out in tiny writing on a hard to find link that it only works on the newest model.

Can I no longer pay monthly for Core?

I resubbed just for this since I'm not at home and don't have Xbox with me, then I found out it only works on the 2023 fire stick 4k. They don't mention that outright, they make it sound like it works on any fire stick 4k. The supported devices list is 3 hard to find links deep.

Very annoyed.

I went back down to Core until they drop the ABK games. And I'm not even seeing a drip feed, so there's no point in staying on Ultimate right now.

I really like the stuff Atari puts out. I have several of the Recharged games and play them often. I also have Akka Arrh which is a fantastic and very trippy game from Jeff Minter.
And of course Atari 50.
Atari is putting out some great stuff lately, and I can't wait to play these.
