The PS4 version of MLB 14 the show was released in May of 14, a month after the PS3 version.
If there is an Xbox version this year I think it would be released after the PS5 version, so I don’t think the news in this article confirms no Xbox version this year.
I have a Series X/PS5 downstairs and just picked up a Series S for my bedroom TV and it’s a great little console. I think it will sell well as a second console to PS/Nintendo primaries or anyone without a 4K TV.
I’m happy they handed the reins to Phil, IMO he brought them back from a disastrous 2013. Of course there have been things both companies have done over the years that have been irritating, but the fun and enjoyment I’ve had on both companies consoles has far outweighed it. I’m happy with both my Series X and PS5 digital and also hate the fanboy crap. Competition is great, I wish them both continued success.

Re: Guide: All Of These Games Support 120FPS On Xbox Series X
Halo MCC in120 fps is spectacular. Played them all when they came out and loved them then and it’s a much better experience now.

Blackley was on the DirectX team that came up with the original Xbox. He's even been called the "father of the xbox".

Re: Random: This Xbox Series X Han Solo Skin Is A Thing Of Beauty
This is awesome.
Re: MLB The Show Could Finally Be Announced For Xbox Next Month
@Darthroseman
Yup, the 2K games were hot garbage. The Show really carried on the good things from EA’s MVP series that ended in 05.
I’m shocked MLB didn’t remedy the situation years ago as I have to think it is in their best interest to have the best sim available on all consoles.
Re: MLB The Show Could Finally Be Announced For Xbox Next Month
Been playing The Show for years on PS, glad Xbox only gamers will get access.
I’ll probably still pick it up on PS as I bet Sony keeps it a bit better quality than other versions.
Re: Pick One: Which Xbox Series X Controller Is Your Favourite So Far?
Elite 2, my carbon black and robot white gather dust.
Re: Microsoft Stripped A PS2 To Help Make The Original Xbox
Spent many a night with OG Halo on a giant Tube TV playing splitscreen with friends with the loser doing a shot.
Can’t believe it’s almost been 20 years.
Re: Xbox Wants To Know If You Like The PS5's Controller Features
@Hypnotoad107
Same here, if game developers actually utilize it like Astros it will be a great feature.
Still prefer the Elite 2 over anything else but for the first time I prefer the stock PS controller over the stock Xbox controller.

Re: It's Official, Xbox Studio The Initiative Is Making A New Perfect Dark
Loved the original Perfect Dark even as the N64 with expansion pack was bursting at the seams trying to render it. Can’t wait for this one.
Re: Feature: Celebrating The 15th Anniversary Of The Xbox 360
Fired up Perfect Dark Zero for some nostalgia on the Series X and the club level still looks pretty good with practically no loading time.
