Just saw this today. All my downloaded games, from gog, epic, steam, showed up on the Xbox app. Convenient, I guess.

Whatever. I've been having issues with ms rewards. They temp-banned my account because I was using their search methods for the daily searches on my phone and pc. Said it was suspicious. Soon as I get my $50 giftcard, im done. Which will be a good thing. Won't feel obligated to do the "work." I got 200+ games i havent played yet😅, so its like I have my own game pass. Time to tackle the backlog.

The other things about this seem to be a tad alarming. Ui not working properly, os not closing games when you start another(so it slows down everything because it's running two games at once), thumbsticks not responding on the homescreen, crashes, etc. It seems a lot of the teething problems the first handheld pcs had, and more than the unbranded xbox rog ally. This will be a hard sell to anyone that doesn't bleed xbox.

Let's be honest. Ms buying up studios wasn't for new games/experiences. It was to fill game pass with their catalogs. And since ms doesn't plan on using the ip they have, they should lease(or whatever the equivalent is) it out to other devs that want to see them live on.

@BleedingDreamer I believe the odst themed warbond isn't part of either bundle options. It'll be a separate purchase($10)/in-game grind(1000 super credits).

I'd go with the base option and just buy 1000 super credits($10). Cheaper than the super citizen edition and the cosmetics and extras aren't really worth the extra $20, in my opinion.

$899? You could get, and I'd much rather get a 4060 laptop for that price.

@abe_hikura when you buy a warbond, you get 300 super credits back(3 tiers, each tier on the warbond has 100 super credits), usually. And farming super credits is pretty easy. You could find 40+ a round. FIND. So just playing the game normally will get you super credits. The problem😅 is there are about 10+ warbonds now, all with pretty cool weapons and perks. So that's 10,000+ super credits, a lot of farming.

Crazy times, indeed. I'm still getting used to seeing the Sony Interactive Entertainment logo when starting death stranding on xbox.

Like I've said before, there will be more games coming to xbox from Sony. Sony wants that money before the neXbox can play steam/epic/Playstation pc games.

Lower prices, give out some free games or months of game pass ultimate.

Probably some armor and weapons. Battle rifle, sub machine gun, the legendary pistol.

Bf:bc2 was great. Bf3 is just as good.

70+ games on steam.

40+ games in switch.

If the only way I get a new xbox game for my Xbox series x is by the ps5 getting a new xbox game, I guess it will have to do.

@themightyant going out at night during the early game felt like an extraction shooter. Just more sphincter clenching. Was the gear worth it? Maybe. Was the terror ever-present? Absolutely.

Bought the ascent on a previous sale. Got alan wake 2 awhile back, dlc at a different sale. Picked up marvel ultimate alliance on ebay for $8.

Even though my backlog is 200+ games(across the gens) on xbox alone.😭

Final fantasy XIII series. It would be nice if they allowed the marvel ultimate alliance series to be available for purchase. I guess more 360 and older gen games.

All these games, devs, ideas are gonna go elsewhere/start their own studio and they'll remember. Next thing you know 30+ games aren't releasing on xbox(s).

Within the last year or more, and all the sales, I believe 2 of the 11 games on my wishlist have ever hit a sale. One because palworld is always on sale because of game pass. But the others? Never.

Playing halo 3 multiplayer online at a friend's. It was his xblive account, and i remember in halo mp you could bring along 1-3 guests, which was awesome and unheard of. Good times.

This is Sony getting ahead of the "nexbox can play steam/epic games" and getting some money before people play it through their existing library for free. Probably.

Although this is sad to see and hear, hopefully we get an abundance of new studios, great ideas, experiences, etc.

Clair obscur expedition 33. Looks beautiful, sounds better, story is great, gameplay is awesome. Other games might hit some of these notes or most, but clair hits all of them. Personally.

Ms could've spent $69B by giving 69 companies a billion each for 2-5 exclusives. 138+ games for this generation and next, and this deal would've done wonders for every party involved.

It's good to hear. But if ms can't even abide by their own "parity clause," how can they expect outside devs to.

When xbox gaming on this is it like vr where everything surrounds you? Or is it like a theater-like setting, a black background and ginormous screen? If its the former thats a cool way to experience cyberpunk or rdr 2. But if its the latter, meh.

Instead of waiting for the next gen, why couldn't they just drop the steam/epic/gog on marketplace now as a free download? Then sign in, download and play from the steam servers, etc. No different than ea play, ubi whatever, etc. SteamOS ui makes it easy for controllers to navigate. Kb&m isn't an issue on series x.

I know easier said than done. But one can dream.

This gen seems a bit of a wash. I think the big 3 have released more hardware than software(/s). Switch, switch v2, switch lite, switch oled, switch 2, xbox series x, seris s, x digital, s digital, ps5, ps5 digital, ps5 slim, ps5 pro, ps portal, psvr2. Now we got the asus rog xbox ally, oculus xbox version(for what? The vr games we're flooded with?).

And now with the talk of next-gen already, Im just tired. Consoles were supposed to be easy, last the generation, and play the games, but they kind of just morphed into low budget pcs with mid-gen refreshes being needed, etc. Might as well buy a pc and upgrade when necessary.

Give me the Activision marvel and transformer games. Please.

The whole series x|s parity clause is a big hindrance for most companies, the install base, etc. Most devs will look at the poor sales of ffxvi(and maybe black myth) and wonder if porting to series x, with the pain of getting it to run on series s, is worth it. When the ps5 digital came out with the same power, and then the ps5(s) sold more, it became the defacto platform to dev for. It seems like this gen the only way xbox got games was because they bought devs/pubs. And even then ms is drip feeding its classics catalog. Warcraft 1 and 2 is just now coming, along with older cod games. But where are the other games?

Console needs to adapt the pc slider system for console graphic options. All we get is "performance or quality." Allow the series x|s to tweak it better to achieve the best options. Let me set it to 1080p, medium settings, 40fps.

Rog ally x is $899. Stands to reason the rog ally xbox version would be similar(or more).

The rog xbox ally is a handheld gaming pc. Just like a regular rog ally, legion go, steam deck. You can download pc/steam games NATIVELY and play them without worry of "streaming only."

To win back some good will, they should be comparible to the series x and s prices(LAUNCH prices).

Hopefully xbox users see some benefits in new games and experiences. Instead of higher console and gamepass prices.

Around the time of release this game was getting a lot of attention because of how it looked, etc. After release, not much has been said about the game. Style over substance seems to be the soup du jour over at Sony. Ffvii remake comes to mind.

This better have to do with sod3. Teasing something "new," while showing fcuk all about sod3 is asinine.

It was removed because the price was too low.
