Re: 90+ 'Stream Your Own Game' Titles Added To Xbox Cloud Gaming Lineup

@AgnosticGamer No attitude at all. A simple request to not include personal opinion inserts into News articles is all that was requested.

@Kaloudz For opinions pieces yes, for News articles no. Discussions are indeed welcome which is why there is a comment section. However, personal opinions have no place in News articles-unless you're Fox News of course.

It's a shame that readers can't express constructive criticism without other readers getting on their high horse and losing their minds.

Maybe a section after the article broken with a horizontal break labeling it as the authour's personal opinion is needed if the authour wishes to add their opinions on News items.

"...including this month's big release Mafia: The Old Country. The rest of the list is perhaps a little less exciting..."

Please don't add personal opinions to 'News' articles. Be better.

Gradius Origins, Gungrave G.O.R.E, Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid, and others are fun games that some will find "more exciting."

This comment has been edited slightly. Cheers.

@Zenszulu I'm not criticizing them. I said I don't listen to them anymore because I want a full representation of the product they are advertising. I also said "those are important things" that they cover.

It's fine if others want to only know about a portion of the product they're covering. You people need to learn how to read the context of comments on here.

@Exerion76 @AliceInChains Exactly. They don't talk about the complete games themselves. The art, sound, controls, playability, etc. They care about framerates, performance, and the like.

It's not a full representation of a product they are advertising. At the end of the day they are advertisers and the majority of their comments are not about the complete product.

People can watch whatever they like, clearly, but they need to remember they're not getting the full picture for, again, the majority of the advertisement. Make no mistake, any text, audio, or video about a product you can buy is an advertisement.

I stopped listening to Digital Foundry awhile back. They show no interest in how the gameplay is. All they care about is visuals and performance. They should cover paintings.

With that said, those are important things but holy ***** does their bias show. When I did listen they came off as snooty and pertinacious with little to nothing positive to say about the Xbox platform. In the end I found little value from their work.

Even in this post there is ZERO mention of how the game actually plays/handles. Again, if all you care about is visuals and performance follow their work. If you care about gameplay and, looking back to GamePro reviews, the fun factor-look elsewhere.

Re: Talking Point: Which MMORPGs Would You Love To Play Natively On Xbox?

Bring back Star War Galaxies you cowards!

@Aidax89 I really enjoy Guild Wars 2, but hot damn-the first Guild Wars is my jam. I love the fact when you leave the city it felt like PSO. The whole world to yourself and your group. If/when they shut it down I'm going to be gutted. Hopefully they'll allow players to host a server themselves.

Edit, with that said add PSOv2. This should have been backwards compatible.

Re: Talking Point: Is It Too Early To Release A New Xbox Console In 2027?

At this point it doesn't matter. We have enough games to play until we die. The videogame industry is a ***** show as it is. No matter what happens no one will be happy.

I just want an Xbox that will let me play all the digital games I've purchased from the Xbox 360 forward. How many titles have we bought that we either don't play or can't play?

Just get a PC and save your money by pirating like a there's no tomorrow.

@UnusedBabyWipes I worked 18 years, 2003-2011, at EBGames Canada and you would not, well you probably would, believe how toxic the PlayStation user base was compared to every other player base combined.

When kids-adults would ask me what I thought was better I always said "As long as you're having fun, that's all that maters." When they followed up asking what I was playing right now I would normally answer with the 'Sword of the Berserk; Guts Rage' on Dreamcast, because come 'on it's Berserk.

PlayStation fans are only happy when others fan groups are miserable.
