Next Halo or Halo CE remake for 2026, Gears E Day releasing this year and Persona 4 Remake day one on gamepass.

I became an Altus and Persona fun after playing Perona 3 Roload with gamepass. I bought Persona 5 Royal, P5 Tactica, P5 Strikers (sadly on steam because it's not available on xbox) and Metaphor. I am so ready for a Persona 4 remake! I don't care if it comes to gamepass they already have me as a customer after adding P3R, all I ask is that they keep making all their games play anywhere! I love playing my favorite RPG on my xbox, my pc, my handheld or my phone (remote play). Just using the device i want when i want and my save is there! I wish I could also play their games with cloud (geforce) but sadly they are not available 😢

@TheGiraffe yea they are trying really hard to boost the pc store. Funny thing is if you buy a play anywhere game from the pc store it's 12,5 but if you buy it on consoles the cut is still 30%

@TheGiraffe XBOX already changed the "cut" on the pc store form 30% to 12,5%. So no.

If it has the z2 go chip it should be 499$ MAX... With at least 24gb ram.

@Ilyn many re playing at 640p but not everyone so that says nothing. Also who is stopping them from having lower resolution on series s? Nobody... Not to mention that CPU and GPU are way more important aspects and Series S is more powerful on both areas. If they wanted to they could easily make the game run on series s. It's not even a big deal that they made a deal with sony, not the first or last 3rd party exclusive. The problem is they don't confirm that it's an exclusive so they can keep saying their bs about series s

@IOI it's running on steam deck which is an even weaker machine... And no, before you come up with the usual excuse, steam deck doesn't have more RAM because it's also using RAM memory for VRAM. BMW can't run with the base VRAM steam deck has.

@Benjamin I don't thing this one will but next gen consoles must likely will have the hardware power to do both.

If the next xbox is windows based then no. All new games will be only digital and maybe they will have a choice of external disk drives for backwards compatibility.

1) Optimized windows for gaming with all stores.
2) Decent hardware that is sold at cost or for a small profit.
3) Copy everything steam did well with steam deck and steam os.
4) Release an emulator for series consoles.

And you have the best gaming machine ever.

AC is the only one that is worth it as an IP and Microsoft/XBOX doesn't own something similar and bigger already.

There is no point making an elite 3 if they don't upgrade the normal controller first...

I think it's possible and I really hope it's happening. They will just stop loosing money on consoles sales like sony already does and they will add a small fee for the steam/epic sales on their consoles (maybe something like 5%?).

If the new xbox has the new xbox os (windows optimized for gaming?) then the console should just be named 'XBOX' since it's a new start or maybe XBOX W (Windows). XBOX H (handheld) or XBOX P (portable) sounds good for the handheld to me. They should make it simple and ditch the weird making no sense naming.

@IOI even if it is a 10/10 game it's going to fail. If the crowd starts hating something it's really hard to turn things around and anything that comes from Ubisoft, EA or Xbox already has a 20% hate boost from the start 🤣

@Dalamar73 could be with a better OS or at least more user friendly and with lower price because MS most likely won't charge Asus for the license. After all thats how Steam Deck became the most popular pc handheld. User friendly OS (even tho steam os is a joke compared to windows) and low price (even tho it is by far the weakest pc handheld).

If it can't play my digital xbox games then the only reason to buy it over any other windows handheld is the price... Unless it's as good as the MSI claw 8 but costs about 600 I don't see a reason to buy it...

How about dropping digital series x price to 300?

The only reason it's not a 10/10 game is because it takes two set the bar too high.

@nomither6 all of them? Just check the sales Nintendo games have. It unlikely for any of their games to sell less than 10mil

Astrobot the overadvertised game that won goty couldn't sell more than 2 million copies... the age of the platformers has ended a long time ago. Only Nintendo can still make them and sell like crazy.

My guess is Halo CE remake announcement this year for 2026 release or they will announce it next year.

I am already super excited for Avowed, Fable, Outer Worlds 2 and 2-3 more 3rd party titles! If E-Day is in 2025 too I ll go crazy!!!

@donv2135 well for starters they obviously sold consoles and things are not so doom and gloom as we re listening. There is also the possibility that xbox os is close and they expect 3rd party xbox console coming soon. Who knows?

The only way I see this happening is by adding as a MCC dlc.

Rumours rumours rumours... And yet all thats gone there are mid games, and a Disney's ip game... Where is Starfield? Where is Forza Horizon 5? They keep saying their lies and all are still lies until Microsoft says otherwise.

Let's hope series s haters will finally stop their lies... Now the developers will do their work to port games on switch 2 and there won't be any excuses.

@Godot25 still doesn't makes sense why they don't at least show Fable... Maybe Outer Worlds not there coz its multiplatform release. Who knows... I'm only hoping Fable is not going to be delayed.

I am a bit shocked that Outer Worlds and Fable are not on the list even tho both are planned for 2025 and we haven't seen much about the games... The surprise must be the Oblivion remake but I wouldn't mind if it is E-Day or something Halo related 🤣

@DarthCvrle66 yea give me a pc with all the pros of a console and I will care about xbox games going to ps so much 🤣🤣🤣. Pc has no big exclusives and it was, it is and always will be the biggest platform.

Most of the games are old ones so no way thats true... If it's only about day one releases (3-5 per year?) Its not a big deal since they have about 30-40mil subs paying every month. The fact that people manage to be annoyed and criticize even consumer friendly choices is ridiculous...

@Cakefish they can always release a mid gen console or if the rumors about 3rd party consoles next gen is true they don't have to bother at all.

Makes sense. Series S is already at its limit. Developers won't be able to support it for long so either they go back to their word and stop supporting series s but keep supporting series x (which will also decrease the consoles they have) or they have to move on to the next gen and decide if they will keep supporting series x or not.

I already have all I want for pc and xbox. Now I'm waiting for the great 2025 games 🤗

@Cikajovazmaj no? Play any game with Proton and you get worst performance. As for the multiplayer games you can't even play CS Valve's fps multiplayer game on their own hardware. It's so easy for cheaters to cheat on linux os. Windows are the best because everything works on windows already and if it wasn't for Valve's support no one would bother with linux. That's why MS need to make windows better for gaming if they hope to keep the market.

@Cikajovazmaj proton is mid at best and Linux aren't good for multiplayer games. With time it could work but if it wasn't for steam no one would even bother... MS should really be worry and make a proper gaming windows OS

Cant wait! Fable, Avowed and Outer Worlds are my most anticipated games for this year only a Halo or a Gears or an Elder Scroll game could change that for my top 3! 2025 looks great!

2025 and 2026 are going to be great years for gamepass ultimate subscribers!

It would be smarter to keep games like Doom and Indiana Jones exclusives and keep smaller IPs like Hellblade multiplatform...

My guess is Fable. I think they are waiting for GTA6's release date. If it's 2025 they will move Fable, if GTA is delayed then they will release it this November. That's what I believe. I hope it's something else tho... I'm so excited for 2025 with Avowed, Outer Worlds 2, Fable, Doom, a new COD and FF7 Rebirth! And I only need to buy Rebirth and I already did coz SE was so kind to give us a 30% discount for pre-orders!

@cragis0001 most likely it was planned because many sony exclusives don't sell but we don't see them coming. One of them being Astrobot a game with a huge advertisement budget, a game every youtuber on earth was talking about and yet couldn't sell more than 1.5m copies...
