im my opinion a remaster is where they use the old games code and just get it looking and running better. a remake is where they have started from scratch in a new engine

the devs obviously played Kena bridge of spirits

steel seed has me interested i quite liked close to the sun

outlaws is a good game not as good as jedi survivor but close

its the way games are now days if you play them when they come out you play the worst version

played for 8 hours had it happen 3 times

for those that want it sell an addon drive for £100 extra so the option is there for discs both new and old

Ive played it an completed it looked like a remastered ps3 game the combat should be better the parkour was frustrating and has been done better in the infamous games a decade ago. writing wasn't good, unlikeable main character. boring map that frankly looked procedurally generated it all looked the same everything about it has been done better before

massive fail if no horde mode or online co-op

with publishers wanting to make multiplayer games but you release a game know for being multiplayer without multiplayer doesnt make sense

Revenge of the savage planet looking forward to this i really enjoyed the first one which is still on gamepass

it was some ok co-op fun just the last boss was too hard

if you think this game has a good open world you need to play better games

in my opinion they got the Halo tv show all wrong.

@abe_hikura stick drift is a very cheap fix its the potentiometer that needs replacing its 3 solder points and the part costs £1

another option is CEX who also offer console repairs and 5 year warranty on all products they sell

everyone should have your console set to output at 4k 120hz its just that only series X does 4:4:4 subsampling at 4k120hz

and by the way output to your tv is different to what the game does

5tb usb drive works great for me

$100 fine i will buy it later when its on sale

you dont have to buy day 1 and if you do you generally play a worse version of the game

you want sustainability use hall effect sensors for your controllers.

I was game streaming perfect fine years ago on 5mbps ADSL because i use wired internet.

wireless is the issue

never had any problems game streaming

tip use your console wired internet that solves most issues

@Kilamanjaro stadia was very good it was the business model that failed them

went round a mates and he was playing black ops 6 via an app on his tv. so didnt have to buy a console or the game was pretty impressed with it

didnt people play Road 96 the first time it was on gamepass

I liked indiana jones more than Astrobot as that game just did more of the same that it did in the previous astrobot games that didnt win game of the year

@dskatter i doubt ps5 release will be a multi disc release it will be one disc and a download

@dskatter the game is 136gb no way this fits one one 4k blu ray disc

if they had backwards compatibility at launch of the xbox one in 2013 things might have been different for xboxs fortunes

ps4 had no backwards compatibility

been playing chernobylite recently thats a good game made my ex stalker devs

the best battlefield game in my opinion and all the dlc for free.

its still active to this day just use server browser to find a game do NOT use quick match as that just puts you in a new empty lobby

they should put them onxbox/gamepass for 6 months or a year before putting them on other platforms

I find it crazy Microsoft have been working for years to make games that would sell their console and game pass and give up on that model just before their efforts came to fruition.

we will never know if these games would have sold more consoles

problem is they got too big 6 games being all made at the same time by 9 different studios

push square and pure xbox are notorious for dodgy review scores

push square and pure xbox reviews lost me when they gave plague tale innocence ps4 a 6/10, then ps5 8/10 for the same game!? from then on i knew their views in games reviews were questionable at best

i use energy saving mode and have it turn off after an hour.

wish i could do the same on ps5 but that will only go into rest mode after an hour. theres no option for power off after an hour like there was on ps4 and ps3

the reviewer seems like they went in expecting a reskinned uncharted and was disappointed when it was a actually a different type of game

push sqaure is a PlayStation site that sure does like to focus on xbox alot.

@wiiware or maybe xbox wanted to do something different rather than make another tomb raider or uncharted or previous Indiana jones games

at least push square and pure xbox are consistent in giving the lowest review score to alot of games not just this one.

I dont value either sites review scores as their reviews on games have always been very different from my own
