@antstephenson Yeah being able to customise the playlist was great. The PGR series always had brilliant music so I never ripped my own stuff to add in, that was a great OG Xbox feature though.

Mmmmm by Grandadbob, Fight Test by Flaming Lips and Brand New Aria by Asuka were my go-to tunes in PGR2. For PGR4 it was always Our Velocity by Maximo Park, Wolf Like Me by TV on the Radio and Light Grenades by Incubus.

@antstephenson I played the hell out of all of them but 2 and 4 was where I spent the most time online. PGR1 was basically a remaster of Metropolis Street Racer, which I played to death on Dreamcast so it never really felt like a new game to me, it was 2 that really sucked me in.

I dumped crazy hours into 4 though, especially the bikes. I've no idea if the leaderboards are still up for 4 but I was in the top 10 in the world for every single bike event in that game. Happy days!

@antstephenson It breaks my heart that PGR has been completely abandoned by MS. I spent an ungodly amount of hours playing PGR2 online, some of my happiest gaming moments ever!

Omno is brilliant. If you enjoy games like Abzu, Flower or Journey you'll get along with Omno. It's just a laid back exploration game. Really relaxing.

Happy enough with these, already have and beat DS3 from PS+ but I'll definitely go through it again. 2 months in a row I haven't/won't be adding the PS+ stuff but really liked the GwG offerings. Swings and roundabouts!

Just up to the final boss, gonna be a bit sad once it's all over. Great little game. Hopefully this makes it over to PS and Switch eventually, the devs deserve to earn as much money as possible from this gem.

Heads up for achievement hunters, you cannot earn the full 1000GS with this version as you also have to complete American Mcgee's Alice which isn't backwards compatible. The maximum GS you can earn is 900.

Played the first few chapters of Raji, it's pretty much a Prince of Persia clone which is fine by me. If you like the first 3D PoP game then you'll enjoy Raji.

Tesla vs Lovecraft GOTY Edition is worth a look if you like twin stick shooters. Really fun pick up and play game.

Project Gotham Racing. It's the reason I bought the OG Xbox on day one!

Installed and ready to go on Tuesday! I love their last game, Titan Souls. This is a huge departure from that but I have high hopes for this one.

@Bartig - It's not a Zelda clone per se, rather they loosely based it on that structure. Here's a good interview article where they talk about it.

Bloodroots is an absolute blast. It's got some wicked difficulty spikes but respawns are instant and it even has an invincibility mode if constant death isn't your bag. Definitely check it out if you can find the time. Great little game!

Interesting that a res boost is mentioned. The Digital Foundry article reports that it's still 900p on both Series consoles.

@themightyant - I think you're confusing me with someone else. I didn't say anything at all about Ghost of Tsushima.

@themightyant - While I completely agree that unlockables, skins etc used to be the norm it's been well over a decade since it was the norm. It's just how it is for a very long time now. The slippery slope horse (and it's armor) bolted in 2006.
