Re: Remember CrossfireX? It's Added A New Map & More In July's Update

@JetmanUK Personally I don't look at reviews to make my decision, I try it first for myself and then decide what review score is justified. But after trying this game out on gamepass, I found it to be one of the lesser games worth my while. But everyone has different taste, different ΓΈkes, different strokes as they say of course.

@uptownsoul U make wild statements here and then it's responded too and u make as if it doesn't concern you, seriously dude, it has everything to do with you lol. If u put yourself out there on social media u must be prepared for you comments to be responded to, that's just fair. So if u don't want to be responded to, u should refrain from making comments on the threads, simple as that dude, period!!!!!!!!!

Re: Rumour: Ubisoft+ Might Finally Be Available On Xbox Soon

Jomi1964

Already paying $7 a month for gamepass and then another $15 just for Ubisoft+ won't be feasible joining every month. One would join occasionally to play either a few games during the month that one joined, or a new release hopefully, instead of paying full release price, that'll be worth it then for sure.

Re: Sony Didn't Pay To Keep 'Cult Of The Lamb' Off Xbox Game Pass, Says Publisher

Jomi1964

Karma is really going to deal Sony PS a raw deal they never bargained on one of these days, it's coming no doubt. I was a uge PS gamer for many years but Sony's greed became unsustainable to me, hence I decided to leave them for the right reasons. Their lame excuse now to add insult to injury why they don't want to add day one 1st party releases on their gaming service like XB is doing, just adds more fuel to the fire, talk about insulting their players' integrity omg. Forcing one to pay exorbitant prices at $70 for its exclusives is just not worth it anymore, and it's going to catch up with them sooner than later. Already many PS gamers are outraged at Sony for doing so and being so greedy, and they need to feel it in their pockets. So justice should prevail and Sony forced not to be so greedy, shame on them. And any PS fanboy here on this XB site not happy about this comment, can just go back to your PS sites, it's time we call a greedy spade a spade, period!!!!!!!

Re: If You're In The US, Now Is A Great Time To Buy An Xbox Series S

Jomi1964

Console sales r dipping quite badly, some due to shortage of stock, but no one talks about the financial turmoil in the world atm, many countries now being close to a resession as a result of the Russia/Ukraine conflict, this certainly is effecting sales big time too. Hence the promotion of console prices is really needed at this point of time?

Re: Bright Memory Infinite On Xbox Series X: 'The Best Of The Bunch' Says DF

Jomi1964

@uptownsoul So we take it you are not a XB gamer, maybe PS gamer instead. Yes u right, some 1st party xb games didn't release as intended, but aren't most gamers ok with delays lately in this day and age, providing the end product when it's finally released after a few delays is near perfect, which it isn't most of the time? Most comments thread, if u dare to scold the devs for delaying, a whole rat pack army jumps on you, trying to take you apart why u dare to question delays of a game. So let's be patient and we all know sooner or later it's gonna deliver, those delays will materialize into eventual releases and Starfield is gonna shake the gaming world, many PS gamers wants that game more than life and many to come. I for one hate exclusives, I played both PS and Xb and pc in my time, and I want to see it end. But for now it is what it is?

I was a PS gamer for many years coming from XB 360 to PS4 now to XB again, and I know the quality of PS exclusives, we all do. TLOU2, Ghost of Shushimi, and many many more awesome others, hence we don't have time for XB to provide us with such bad exclusives, I haven't experienced this at PS, and I so much want XB to beat PS's in providing better exclusives, they have money and the expertise, spend it wisely and with CFX it was an embarrassment.

Re: Remember CrossfireX? It's Added A New Map & More In July's Update

Jomi1964

@JetmanUK No my man, Metacritic is the one that's the most accurate, IGN I've experienced r less consistent. Metacritic is a combination of many views in one, hence if they say it's bad it must be bad. I will admit that these reviews were provided at launch, might be interesting to see how they view it now after a while?

Re: Remember CrossfireX? It's Added A New Map & More In July's Update

Jomi1964

@Badluck737 Then explain the shockingly low review scores, some of the worst reviews I've seen in gaming in over 30yrs of playing. Metacritic 38%, IGN 2/10, these are the biggest platforms in gaming reviews. Most reviews r horrible, haven't seen a good one. And if u find one, it's not from a reputable platform to give it any ligitimacy wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Remember CrossfireX? It's Added A New Map & More In July's Update

Jomi1964

I want to make a very strong statement here. If this is the exclusive kinda games MSXB wants to provide us, u can keep it OK. This game is a huge failure, got shocking low reviews and after trying it for a few minutes I can confirm it's crap. Seriously XB!!!!!! Metacritic gave it 38% and IGN 2/10 omg!!!!!!!!!

Re: Talking Point: Xbox Series S Owners, How's Your Storage Looking In 2022?

Jomi1964

I have a 2TB Western Digital external hdd that I use from my xb1 days. I have about 30 games installed on it. The older ones I can play from the external, newer games I have to copy to the internal ssd which goes very fast. A 100GB game file copies to the ssd in about 20min on average. I constantly have to remove a game from internal to external whenever I need to install a new game. I currently hsve MS Flight Simulator installed internally which takes up iver 100GB by itself, hence frequent removal of games from my ssd is a common thing. πŸ™†β€β™‚οΈπŸ™†β€β™‚οΈπŸ™†β€β™‚οΈ

Re: Xbox Destroys Haters In Response To Pride Controller Criticism

Jomi1964

Xb stop pushing the sexuality narrative, u can take this comment off as well, like you did with the pervious one. I'm saying again, as a non American, seeing how liberals r pushing their narrative and trying to enforce it and then trying to silence your commentators cause they don't agree with the American way, forgetting that the majority of your supporters r not Americdan and not respecting your international audience who might not agree with this narrative due to free speech, then it leaves much to one's desire how free America is when it comes to free speech actually. In fact free speech is not as free as the world thinks in America. And just with this article and the way u handle comments u don't agree with, just proves that. Sad but true, think about it????

Re: Phil Spencer's 'No-BS' Approach Convinced Obsidian To Join Xbox

Jomi1964

Phil Spencer is the real deal for sure. I was a hardcore PS gamer, left XB in 2014 for PS. In 2019 I added a XB console to my PS4 and in 2020 when the new Gen consoles launched I sold both my ps4&XB1 S and bought myself a Series S and subsequently ended my relationship with Sony PS. This was all due to Phil Spencer and his GP idea of making games availabe to as many gamers as possible world wide and keep it affordable, That sold it for me. Sony PS imo is greedy, trying to sell their lame excuse of not being able to add 1s party day 1 release on their new gaming service, being apprehensive that it'll affect the quality of their games as a result. Wtf, anyone buying that excuse deserves a greedy PS and should stick with them, cause sooner or later it's gonna bite them in the butt. Thankyou Phil and XB for showing us gamers u really care, it's s not all about the money like with PS, period!!!!!!!!!

Re: Xbox Game Pass Will Be Getting More 'Surprises' In June 2022

Jomi1964

I am excited about the upcoming XB/Bethesda games show on Sunday, but at the same time also a bit apprehensive, as I don't want to be disappointed by setting my hopes too hight. Too many promises, trailers, delays and chats with devs about upcoimg games and not much happening. I sincerely hope this time I'm wrong and that they really surprise us, we need something good coming with the world in the current state it is, something to take one's mind off all of it, and take us on a magical ride in some new games. We need a little break from reality out there atm, right?
