From a PS perspective I’d look forward too fable probably. I thought Horizon 5 got a bit boring tbh and I’ve never heard of beast reincarnation. Will the surprise be something from Bethesda? Fallout 3 remake ?

Cloud gaming is rubbish. Majority of homes in the world have mediocre internet connections at best. I live in the UK a fairly well off country and mine is up and down like a yo-yo making cloud gaming a non-viable way to game. Back to the drawing board MS

@themightyant we’ll have to agree to disagree on this one then. It’s more just multiplayer and it’s hardly a store either. It just has money packs to buy, no battle passes or cosmetics . It’s even less than AC shadows for example and that isn’t live service either imo

@themightyant I’m not sure GT7bis live service 💁. Just because it’s always online or has a multiplayer mode doesn’t make it live service. Fortnite/Diabloiv are my idea of live service. Constantly changing and evolving whereas GT just gets new cars added every other month and has multiplayer racing

Gran Turismo 7 is a superbly accessible racing sim. My only wish is that sport mode was fleshed out a bit more. I’d love to see full race weekend events in sport mode including practice/qualy/race just like they’ve added into the single player with the power pack dlc. I get it would slow down the flow of races online but just add it as another option to choose while leaving the current daily’s in place for people who want quicker events. If they did that it would be the complete package for me. Also the amount of people streaming GT to YouTube these days is insane. Props to Rory Alexander, superGT, sammysnake and ofc Tinyturnip 😉

@SuntannedDuck2 well I somehow stuck with it and got the 100% on trophies only took me an added 120 hours on top 😂. Chicken dinner was a nightmare took me over 50 attempts to win a BR. For me personally GT7 is exceptional and probably my favourite racing game since GT5 (with 5 being the first with online multiplayer it changed the game from racing against boring ai to real people). 7 is the only game to have survived on my ssd since i brought it. Doubt I’ll be getting the next Horizon. Wreckfest 2 is looking like my next racing fix outside of GT7

@SuntannedDuck2 on Horizon I must agree. It’s incredibly polished and nice to play but after 40 hours I was getting pretty bored with it

I never played extraction shooters until helldivers2 and that changed my opinion so 🤞

Makes sense considering 50/60% of sales will inevitably be on PlayStation anyway

You hear a lot these days about how many people are living off the state and trying to con the systems but sometimes forget there are actual real people who need and deserve that help, annoyed with myself for assuming that conclusion🙈. Personally I’d love to game for those hours of the day but certainly in different circumstances. I’ve always admired what the police have to do and without them the place would go even more to the dogs than it already has. Keep enjoying you’re gaming pal 👌🏻

@rhyno_888 Xbox ain’t porting games to PS to be the nice guy they are porting them as they don’t make enough money on their own dying platform sadly

@andrewsqual apparently there are 2 unobtainable certificates which were supposed to be added post release and never were so even Xbox players never got 100–% achievements. Very strange how they've got away with that

I won’t be buying until they sort out the trophy situation. How can any developer launch a game where trophies are unobtainable 🙈

@Titntin yeah I always play in perf mode. Think the PS5 is set to always choose that mode automatically. And yeah you’re right about the implementation of PSSR on different games. It tends to be third party stuff where it can have issues like dragons dogma 2 and silent hill 2. I’m currently playing Spiderman2 and it’s absolutely stunning with PSSR. I reckon the update with FSR4 will hopefully sort out the lazy third party implementation

Pssr is in its first iteration. It will get better over time. Look at the issues dlss had at launch. It was awful and took time to get it right and it’s still not perfect now
