You hear a lot these days about how many people are living off the state and trying to con the systems but sometimes forget there are actual real people who need and deserve that help, annoyed with myself for assuming that conclusion🙈. @Fiendish-Beaver oh mate that’s terrible I apologise for even asking that question. 🙈. I guess gaming is an escape for you then mate. Hope you keep well and happy. Personally I’d love to game for those hours of the day but certainly in different circumstances. I’ve always admired what the police have to do and without them the place would go even more to the dogs than it already has. Keep enjoying you’re gaming pal 👌🏻

@rhyno_888 Xbox ain’t porting games to PS to be the nice guy they are porting them as they don’t make enough money on their own dying platform sadly

@andrewsqual apparently there are 2 unobtainable certificates which were supposed to be added post release and never were so even Xbox players never got 100–% achievements. Very strange how they've got away with that

I won’t be buying until they sort out the trophy situation. How can any developer launch a game where trophies are unobtainable 🙈

@Sol4ris with these pc hybrids on the horizon I don’t think PS6 will need much of a push for adoption.

@FrenchVaniIIuxe I knew 2 people who had Xbox and they both rrod within a year. everyone else had PS3. I’m UK

@Titntin yeah I always play in perf mode. Think the PS5 is set to always choose that mode automatically. And yeah you’re right about the implementation of PSSR on different games. It tends to be third party stuff where it can have issues like dragons dogma 2 and silent hill 2. I’m currently playing Spiderman2 and it’s absolutely stunning with PSSR. I reckon the update with FSR4 will hopefully sort out the lazy third party implementation

Pssr is in its first iteration. It will get better over time. Look at the issues dlss had at launch. It was awful and took time to get it right and it’s still not perfect now

@Chip-Douglas oh yes. I remember going to the local video shop (remember those?😂) and trying out a game before begging my parents to go and buy it for me. Which more often than not never happened. I just think this model that MS/spotify/Netflix have created where you literally own nothing is detrimental to what we as consumers actually get for our (mostly) hard earned money. Which is why I still go out and buy physical media today so I do own something for my money.

@Gabrie yeah if you don’t mind renting your games then fine. I prefer to buy mine on a disc and own them. I need PS plus to play GT online and the game rentals are an added bonus. I’d never dine off PS plus rentals indefinitely however. But I supposed games from the essential tier you do get to keep as long as you’re subbed

@JumpingJackson well nobody which is the point. What’s the difference between old games being made to work with new consoles via back compat and an old game being remastered/remade for new consoles. Not a lot I’d say but no one moans about the former

Will gta6 come to the next Xbox at launch considering its a pc hybrid and the pc versions don’t come for a while after console

FM deserved better but if people don’t buy it what are they supposed to do💁. On the other hand GT7 has become a sales juggernaut and not surprisingly really. It’s always been the daddy since the late 90s. I adore the game and cannot wait for power pack and then spec-3… hype!

@rhyno_888 forza came to PS because Xbox needs to recoup the costs of GP somehow. GT7 is still selling tons of copies. It has never gone to PC so don’t expect it to Xbox anytime soon

@You-come-to-me PS5 will be on 120 million (probably more due to GTA6) by the end of this gen. How is that stagnating. It’s in line with near enough every PlayStation generation since PS1. Only console manufacturer stagnating is Xbox

@fatpunkslim well considering Sony have brought the advertising rights I doubt it would do some kind of partnership with Xbox . It’s bound to sell a bucketload more on PS like it usually does

@Gabrie I personally believe PC shouldn’t receive the game as so many will pirate it. This is why rockstar won’t release on PC day and date. They know this fact. Make it console exclusive considering the vast majority of sales will be console

@fatpunkslim PS5 sales ain’t declining though lol. They are in line with PS4 with a much tougher start to this gen. Pretty sure without the issues it would be well ahead of PS4 sales in same timeframe but keep wishing it if it makes you feel better
