As Xbox pushes further and further into the PC space, its Steam presence is becoming more keenly felt --and according to new figures from Alinea Analytics, the team currently has one of the most wishlisted games of the year on Valve's platform right now.
Yep, Alinea's Rhys Elliott has again shared some interesting stats about some of the biggest games of 2026 on Steam. According to the firm, Forza Horizon 6 is currently the second most wishlisted game on the platform; flanked by Resident Evil Requiem and Subnautica 2.
Elliott goes on to add that FH6 has already sold more than 200,000 copies on the platform in its pre-release phase, generating "about $13m in revenue" for Microsoft so far. Of course, with the game not out until May, these numbers are expected to grow in the coming months.
The analyst does add that "Valve’s official 'Top Wishlists' ranking on Steam isn’t a 1:1 total wishlist count for games", and that the company takes "how quickly a game is gaining new wishlists" into account as well - but in any case, it's clear that Forza Horizon 6 is going to be a huge game for Microsoft on the platform. We'll be curious to see how it does on Xbox too, as well as PS5 when the game eventually makes its way over there as well!
