I remember buying a physical copy of this game when it came out and then found out it was a pay monthly game. I didn't know that before buying. So I returned it. It became free to play after, but I never really tried it.

Yeah I think its because of the series s. Seems like it can't handle split screen maybe. Why can't they just disable split screen only on series s and then add it later when it can?

I think maybe they should have an option to stream games without having ultimate. Like for people who don't have an xbox, but want to stream game pass games on their phone or other streaming device. A cheap subscription for cloud streaming only.

I'd like to feel the haptics for myself before I can say anything. But I think it would be nice. I have a dual sence controller, but I use it on PC and haven't played a game that supports it yet.

I'll be getting Fate/samurai remnant, AC Mirage and like a dragon spin off. I've pre ordered mirage on xbox. Will be getting the other 2 on PC.

When I first joined game pass, I paid 1£ for 3 months of ultimate. Wasn't 1 month. Sucks that it's now 14 days.

I thought the UK was the only one left. Are there any more countries waiting to approve on the deal?

Well since I already have a series x with a disc drive, I wouldn't need another one. I rarely even use this one. Tho I think they should have released a discless version from the start.

@BeerIsAwesome I thought it was because xbox didn't want crossplatform back then. That was why I thought it never came to xbox. When it came out on PS3 and PC, playstation strongly wanted to support crossplay. Xbox did not at the time. I'm not sure how playstation feels about crossplay now, but it felt like they've been against it a little after the PS4 launched.

@BeerIsAwesome I think the reason they scrapped the eso monthly subscription was because of xbox. I think they wanted xbox to not require xbox live. But that didn't work out, so there was a change of plans.

@BeerIsAwesome I had ESO a couple years ago on PS4 and you needed ps plus to play. I think its only f2p games and games with a subscription service like ff14 that don't require ps plus.

ESO did plan on releasing with a monthly subscription, that is why there's mentions of it saying ps plus is not needed before it was released. But they scrapped that decision and went with only needing ps plus and xbox live only for consoles and nothing for pc. And the monthly eso subscription became optional.

What did he do to get them to start making it for xbox?

PlayStation has had the game art in background for years, also it plays it's theme music along with the art.

The xbox home menu would look much better without the 4 big tiles under the little game tiles.

I'm sure the staff might find work elsewhere with their experience.

Didn't they remove mk9 from steam because it had licensed characters? Or was it a different reason?

@Utena-mobile it didn't work for me. It says I've had a free trial already. The only free trial I had was when I signed up. So not sure why it doesn't let me.

I always keep my wireless controller plugged in with a very long cable on PC. So I don't mind using wired controllers. As long as the cable is long enough.

Xbox live was a bad idea from the start. I remember when playing online on consoles were free. Now it's better to play on PC as you don't have to pay monthly for anything.

It doesn't make sense, usually the higher tier should have everything the lower tier has.

I would prefer that they got rid of having to pay for online multiplayer and make it free for everyone.

I assumed it was a multiplayer only game. Didn't realize it had single player too. So I don't get why it needs to be always online. Like if it's to upload save to the cloud, couldn't it just connect to the internet only during save and upload to the cloud then? Or when loading a save, it could just download from the cloud. That shouldn't require you to always be online.

@Moonglow I had game pass ultimate as a reward goal on my phone app. But when I last checked, that goal was left empty. When I went to select a goal, only game pass PC was available for purchase with reward points. Ultimate is no longer there and no console version. Tho I only checked the rewards using the phone app and not directly on xbox. I'll check the rewards on xbox next time I'm on it tho.

@NEStalgia yeah, but just coz its not popular doesn't mean it's not good . Always had a sony phone since Sony Ericsson. I've had an iPhone and I've tried Samsung, didn't like either of those. Sony Xperia is the one for me.

I'm not a fan of Samsung phones. Sad that it's only for Samsung. I have a Sony phone.

I've never had a xbox before. So nothing xbox related. I have a xbox now and I rarely use it. I do remember skipping college a few times every time I got a new game. Can't remember what games they were tho. And I can't do that at work , otherwise I won't get paid lol.

@HonestHick yeah it was just PS3 and PC. And yeah I noticed after the PS4 was out, they weren't into crossplay anymore. If they were, maybe every game would have supported cross play by now.

@HonestHick I remember back in the PS3 gen, it was Sony that tried to do crossplay, but xbox did not. Or so I believe that's how it went. That's why I think ff14 didn't make it to xbox. PS3 and PC supported crossplatform play. And I think a few other games did it too, but can't remember. But now, I don't know why, sony have gone against it.

I've enjoyed on last gen console during the first few years of online. But got bored of it now. I've only played the main story mode on PS3. Maybe I should give the main story mode a go on the series x version.

@Nicstockes most likely or 2 months. I've noticed gtav usually comes and goes. I've seen last gen gta on gamepass twice before, I think.
