@kuu_nousee Don't worry I know, I've had both Sony and MS consoles for the last 4 generations. My point is that getting gamepass onto playstation would mean that MS wouldn't need an Xbox. Sony are not letting it happen because it would affect their subscription service as well as impact the money they make from game sales as well.

If they could get gamepass onto PlayStation that would be it for the Xbox console.

Been a while since I played the PS5 version, but think it looks better on the series X.

Haven't played MW3 in a while on the PS5. Been back to Cold War on the XSX so will def download and play MW3 and see what it's like compared to the PS5 version. Since Blops 6 is out free on GPU I've switch my COD gaming to Xbox.

Will just wait for it to be added to GPU via EA play.

I have gamepass ultimate until mid 2026. A lot of it has been through the reward points. Plus the 3 years for £1 and converting EA play to GPU deal. With COD getting added it's going to save me £70 a year. So £140 saving until I need to extend my sub. Even then I'll just be saving the reward points up if they're cutting down the amount of time you can have stacked. Aside from just COD there are loads of other games coming out this year and in the future that are great savings as you don't need to buy them. EA play being part of it is good value as well. No need to buy EA games as they eventually get added. Will be dropping my PS plus sub down to extra when it expires next year as the premium level is not worth it.

COD being free and the show brought me back to collecting points. Loads of games I want to play and it saves a lot of money. Though saying that I don't think I've ever paid full price for GPU since it started. £1 deal and then switching EA sub for GPU. Plus using points for it.

Hadn't bothered with the point it in a while. Then switched my points for 9 months of GPU. Nearly got enough for another 3 months now. Def worth to keep doing just to get free GPU especially with all the games coming out. Got GPU up to mid 2026. So will keep collecting the points now.

Really cool thing they're doing. I'm hoping they'll do the same for horizon 5 when the time comes. It was the first Forza where I paid for the early access and DLC and not the game.

We heard everyone is buying remakes this generation, so we're going to just keep remaking everything to sell the same game again and again.

Thankfully had bought the ultimate edition back when it first was released. Though after replacing my series X a while ago, I checked last night and it had only downloaded the base game. So downloaded every add on I could. Don't think I've much left to do in the main game or the DLC packs but will check tonight and start playing it again. Now when Horizon 5 gets delisted that'll be fun as I have the base game through gamepass but paid for the early access and DLC packs. Probably will have to buy the base game.

Finished Bookwalker and surprisingly enjoyed it. Not something I would normally play. Played a bit of high on life, should have played it more though.

Would only be getting one if my current series X breaks. If it does then I'd probably replace it with the 2TB galaxy black series X. Will not be getting any mid gen refreshes, if they're is announced. There's no need, the PS5 and series X are fine.

Played this a while ago it is good, but yea it's not Horizon.

@EU_Gamer I too like to disconnect my Internet connected device to play games.

Guess what's going to happen when the next xbox comes out and requires a constant connection all the time because it'll be using the cloud.

@Dimey Gamepass is just renting games. Also dony buy the new top spin. Seen something about it becoming unplayable in Jan 2026.

Saving £70 this year thanks to this being on gamepass.

Was a great show. Xbox with all the games and they all look great. 2nd year in a row showing up Sony. COD looks to have been properly improved.

@OldGamer999 Yes, FH 4 was really good. Preferred it over 5 and possibly even 3. I have loads of nostalgia for 2 though. I'm not a fan of remakes, but would def be on board for FH 1and 2 to be done. Unfortunately with MS splitting the generation it's really affected what games can do.

Can't wait for this show. Hoping and expecting to be blown away. Especially after the awful Sony and SGF.

Am I the only one that doesn't really care if the next horizon is in Japan. I'd love it to go back to Europe like horizon 2. Was playing it last night and it's still my favourite.

I just hate ultimate team and all that. Give me a good single player career mode and I'm happy.

Horizon 2 is still the best horizon for me. I was off work for a while and just played loads of it. Want olto go back to it now thinking about it. Need to get through a lot of the backlog first though. 😂 This year's show has the same feeling as back then.

Can't see PGR ever coming back while Forza is still going. I thought the shadow drop was to be a new game? Hoping the new COD has the same feel as Cold War.

@HonestHick Will be interesting to see how many games start going over. Will make MS more money but they do need to keep games as exclusive.

@HonestHick Hopefully it's the shadow drop that's being rumoured! I'm guessing it could also be a candidate for going over to the PS5. Gears 6 news would be welcomed.

Such a great trailer, the 360 era was great. Hardware was pants though, soo many red rings I was seeing them in my sleep. 😂

@BAMozzy With the base game being free it likely more people will pay out the £30 option like for Forza and starfield. Still a £70 saving on the £100 vault edition if u already have GP and plan to keep using it.

And with day 1 GP I will be switching back to Xbox for my COD sessions. The series X will get some love this year.

@BRT15 Cold War has been the best in years. Hoping this year's will be as good.

I don't believe they weren't working on a strategy even before the deal went through. Like all of a sudden they've just realised how much COD makes and don't want to take the hit putting it on gamepass. They bought all these studios for exclusives and after getting them have decided they want to go multiplatform. Even worse they've started closing them down.

If not free on gamepass then they should offer it discounted.

The guy is basically saying: After paying for the game and the DLC and maybe a few costume packs, there is no other way for us to get money from the customer like season/battle passes. This is a new way to open up a revenue stream.

I stopped playing at the end of season 1. Went back to Cold War and then even stopped playing that. Last weekend I decided to give WW2 a go. So going to try and 100% it. Got 10 more daily contracts to complete in multiplayer to finish it and then on to the single player. Leaving zombie to the end.
