Played the first one and it's one of the worst games I've ever played so I don't hold much hope for the sequel it is definitely not worth buying a new Xbox to find out I'll stick with white one x for now until Microsoft pull their finger out and make a decent game with upgrading for or a significant price drop
As long as the hard drive doesn't fail you should be able to swap it to another 360 & You might be able to install updates from a USB if you can find them online somewhere
It's amazing how much money you can make if you say something is time Limited but you're still purchasing digital things that can only be played on that one console and never downloaded again where as physical Media I can play on any Xbox 360 console
If the games can only be bought and played using the Xbox 360 what happens when that console breaks or the hard drive does with no store to re-download those games how are you going to get hold of them?
