@MinervaX fraction of a cent in points lol my whole family does Microsoft rewards as part of our morning routine. It takes less than 5 minutes in the morning with your coffee and we haven't paid for an Xbox game in years. Any cross platform game we're interested in, we ALWAYS get on Xbox because it can be purchased with points.
These changes do suck, but it's like three weeks out before they revamp the entire system. I have faith that things will continue to be worth the very minimal effort.
@Astig it's not really staying the obvious because it's not how it works. The developer can't just say, "Hey, I'm going to put my game on Game Pass." A deal needs to be reached between Microsoft and the developer and they won't just take any game at any deal.
I unfortunately don't recall who, but I saw an interview with a developer at one point who really wanted to launch on Game Pass and Microsoft wouldn't take them.
@K1LLEGAL rewards is wildly lucrative. I game across all platforms, but I only buy on Xbox is possible, since I can do it using points. I haven't h HAD to pay for a game in years aside from Nintendo *****. Even with the obviously disappointing changes lately, the system is still amazing compared to anything that any other platform offers
