Sure they're exclusive. But that doesn't mean they made those games.

@Banjo- People says that MS should act like a trillion dollar company. And here we are, MS now buys studios to reinforce Xbox. To an extent that they are forced to because of Sony's shady antics.

@Suda52 look at the bright side mate, PS will be getting CoD if the merger is approved. But probably will not be properly optimize well, since Sony will refuse to give the dev kits to MS. So don't complain if CoD or any ABK games will be in a buggy state.

@Moonglow agreed with game pass now is the main arsenal of this battle they will focused on it. With the rise of handheld and potentially smartphone with high powered processors this will be game pass' favor.

@GamingFan4Lyf how much more did Sony has to pay developers to keep of games to Xbox. Literally, japanese government was okay with this kind of deal huh. To cope some loses people would start to buy PS5 because they've got games.

@Kaloudz that's the thing if sony weren't so aggressive, MS wouldn't need to buy them up. Because of this and after hearing Starfield will be PS exclusive (prior to zenimax) Xbox cannot lose this one. And so "MS goes alright you asked for it"

Microsoft doesn't want to spend millions on third party exclusive. So "okay I'm just going to buy you up. Just name your price and we have deal".

That's fine. But if a brand new game is about to release from ABK xbox will be taking the game first. Sony would have to wait a month or so. Simply because of the specs.
